AA2153 is no longer a rookie.

A heart attack, how can this possibly continue?

Bosses of the black company can only offer a "sorry"?

Showing all the cells he met over the course of the series...

That one red blood cell glad that he doesn't need to work at the end of the world.

Hmm, I am very much interested in seeing what happens in the final episode, I think compared to its season 2 counterpart this is far superior, I enjoy the darker tones, and honestly if the story ends in a tragic scenario I wouldn't mind that tbh.

Reminder: This is not the body that had cancer twice.

Reminder: There is a big difference between a cancer cell and actually having cancer. That body fought it off before it took root.

For fuck sake, next episode's preview completely spoiled the ending. Why can't they just let this god damn body die? Ugh...

Damn its like with every episode i think, "surely it can't get worse right?" and every week I am proven wrong. Happy ending next week? Doubt it but still hopeful!

Even if the preview gives a bit of hope for next episode the damage from being revived is severe, it is unfortunate that a heart attack is the wake up call for a lot of people with terrible habits.

This episode is pure DESPAIR!
it's like a SIN the moment that these cells are brought to this host!
hopefully there MIGHT be a beacon of hope showing-up next episode!
5/5.

I'm lovin the series. A great episode. I just wish we had more time to mourn his friend ::[
Not surprised we ended up with a heart attack.

Just found out they're going original route from the manga for final chapters of manga feature that cell that's needed to be killed by NK, Killer T & White Blood Cells.

Cardiac arrest is sure scary & the highest- risk for death. Wonder what's the name of those old cells announcing "Death Certificate"...🙁

This is really an intense episode, if they are really going for the bad ending (the body is dead) then this is seriously going to be the one that is stands out from most of the other happy ending animes

Gotta love how this anime reflects typical Japanese company, and kaishain life. The apology of higher ups in the end is such a classic way to get out of trouble. Really loved the episode, especially the last 5 minutes.

It finally happened. The lights are going out. Impressively hair-raising the way it was done......although as usual the suspense is instantly killed as soon as the ED starts :P

The next episode title does seem to suggest that the body will survive (kudos to the person who called emergency services), but what damage will we see take place until then and what damage will remain. Hope the change is leaning more towards the improvement of the body's lifestyle.

It is very sad to see the cells even in despair accepting that they cannot do anything else, because there is nothing they can do now, everything depends on the emergency services and doctors to save this body (hopefully he had this heart attack when he had someone close to call for help)

He will survive by what he showed at the end, but this will cause some change, I hope the body starts to take care of itself after that, he will not be 100% healthy because of what the owner of the body has already done, but if he starts to take care of himself cell work will be much better

He still hates the ending and the opening, they don’t match hataraku black, they’d match more with the other hataraku

I liked the episode and I can't wait for the finale. Did the opening song change at the beginning? There wasn't a heartbeat in the other episodes. I'm surprised they didn't have a heart attack sooner after everything we watched during the season and the decades before. It's a depressing episode and I feel bad for the cells.

The finale will either end in 3 different ways in my opinion:
1) With the body dying
2) The guy gets a heart transplant or some other surgery
3) It will end as a cliffhanger.

It is quite possible that this body will survive, which makes it more desperate is that if he died of a heart attack it would be the closest to a 'happy ending', because if they catch the manga or do a second season (from what I heard they are having enough freedom to make hataraku black), after cardiac arrest it only gets worse

Is this body going to get a bypass surgery? This show really does a good of job of making me feel guilty of my everyday routine.

This has been my favourite episode so far.

It made me feel so nervous and tense watching the body die, as the bodily functions stopped working one by one, and the increased panic, confusion, anger, hopelessness and disbelief of the cells kicked in. It's sad as well, watching our main character still attempt to work, all his work go to waste, so quickly, out of nowhere.

A heart attack was inevitable after seeing how this idiot treated his own body :/

This mf is gonna die at like 40 because he drinks, smokes and eats shitty fatty food. Unhealthy lifestyles cause such trauma to the cells.

I don't agree with the cells all falling into confusion & disarray upon death.
Death especially is accounted for in the genome itself, all the cells should all know exactly what their role is in the process.

Seems like they'll go with a happy ending, as the title of the next episode suggests. I assume they will get some outside help, since the cells themselves are helpless now.

The stomach cell guy remembering RBC's name got me a little emotional. It's pretty sadisitc timing that it had to happen right before the body began to shut down lmao.

It felt so overwhelming that many of them had finally accepted their fate. I feel so bad for everyone. I don't mind a sad ending, but damn! That would be too painful. After all the hard work they've been through...

The preview title is a spoiler. Ugh!!!

She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did!

And the worst thing happened, a cardiac arrest, another of my worst fears. Is strange that such an important artery was portrayed as just a hall here while in the original was portrayed as a big highway, the heart is also different from it. I don't like that the preview just spoiled the entire thing but has been doing that since the beginning.
