| Real men ride bicycles with baskets! Lol Hana knows how to relax in P.E. class. Haru is one year younger than Yuki and Kyo? He looks older than them though... A headbutt...is Haru the Ox? Might explain the white and black color. Yes! I ship Yuki and Haru! Yep, the Ox. Looks like he isn't afraid to transform. I don't mind riding a cow. Too bad he is male...and pretty small for a cow. Haha nice delay there when Honda called Yuki by his given name. Good job by the director. Screw running. Poker is the real man's sport! |

| Hatsuharu is so much better than I thought. When I skimmed through his description, I thought he was going to be one of those typical edgy characters who are rlly popular for whatever reason, but I am glad I was wrong. He's so gay for Yuki, and gives a bi aura overall. Also he's really caring actually even in his dark mode. I think he's my favorite now in the series along with Tohru with Saki close behind. I do like Hatori too tho and I have some fondness for Shigure as well. |

| I love so much the fact that Tooru has a different kind of hairstyle in almost every episode. So lovely. Overall, not the most entertaining episode but it was still a pretty decent one. The final scene with Hana-chan and co. (teacher included) playing cards was quite hilarious, by the way. |

| oh wow I loved this Episode. I didn't like Yuki that much till now but this Episode really changed my view of him, the little flashback really made me feel for him and I realise there are a lot more things to uncover about his Past. It was also so cute how he changed and blushed when Tohru addressed him by his First Name |

| Hana-chan already gave up on running right away and read books and play cards instead. Even the teacher and Shigure joined in the end. So funny. Haru's transformation is so cute and Yuki got really baffled by being called his first name. |

| Nice episode. I wish Light had apologised for Black holding Tohru without her permission, macho mee... Haha the poker at the end was so funny, and Hana at the start when she only takes a few steps and stops too! I wonder if Tohru wanted to call Yuki by his first name or not, but I guess so: if she thought it was too much, she would probably not have done it. What a lovely plump cow, so cute! |

| This first season is really for introducing all the zodiac members in the Soma Family. Haruhatsu is a cool character and all the members have great backstories. I really hope for more Kyo X Tohru moments. Allthough it is quite obvious that Yuki will end up with her. The rebellious characters never win! :( |
| I would totally watch a spin-off involving Saki playing poker against random but increasingly harder opponents. |

| Surprises me how nobody maked a remark on Kyo running on his bare feet, but I guess he's always been kind of a odd carrot. Haru definitely the most eccentric person so far with his mature appearance despite being in junior high and also his split personality. |

| In this episode we meet a new member of the Soma, Hatsuharu Soma who is pretty much got a split personality, one side making him a bit airheaded and calm whilst the other side is pretty violent especially around Kyo, the latter which wants to have a fight with him. I honestly really liked his character very enjoyable I must say. Hana sure didn’t want to run in that marathon didn’t she? And just wanted to play cards. XD The teacher was trying to get her to move away from the same spot but eventually gave up trying and just decided to join in as well as some other students and Kyo and Shigure no less. Tohru even called Yuki by his own name that he transformed out of embarrassment. How sweet. Overall loved this episode altogether. |
| just checking in to log my thoughts when i watched the first episode i was initially very happy because i thought that since they're starting off with just yuki and he's the first one to get "heart-fluttering" scenes with tohru then that means he's endgame. and then kyo appeared and all my hopes were crushed lol i've been trying to accept the fact that yuki ain't getting the girl since episode three but this ep did NOT help with that - it only made me wish for tohru/yuki more. kyo has his moments - the rooftop scene was genuinely great - and i see that he has an absolutely huge amount of favorites on MAL so there's probably a lot going on with him later on, but man, yuki :( and this is why love polygon shoujo is the devil - 2nd male lead syndrome is real |
