| I'd like to think there is a difference between being black hole dense and being black hole dense because the premise of the show wouldn't work otherwise. The former is intolerable. The latter...well...makes the premise work. This series relies on him being black hole dense (or fully aware of what he is doing) in order to work. In that sense it is completely non-abrasive for me. As for their age...I agree that this is pandering to pedophiles. They could be college students and the series would still work. Hell, this series is a reverse HenSemi. Their age contributes nothing (from what we've seen so far), and considering that the content in question has been leaning towards the mature side I can't say I can overlook that. I'll keep watching because I find Ueno more adorable than...attractive? Sexy? I don't even know what word to use here. I admire her determination. |
