Since Jasley is finally dead, RUSTAL & IOK SHOULD DROP DEAD. FOR REAL.

I wonder what's next for Tekkadan since this is all about Rustal elion whose currently a main threat in this show.

DIE JASLEY!!!!

next will be Iok.

I hope so, time to pay motherfuckers!!

Great episode, always nice to see the trash getting sorted out, great fight, I was cursing and cheering the whole time, nice move of the Old Man, Naze, Amida and Lafter are avenged, now Iok is next and then that Russel scum.

It is a dire path they are taking, but that needs to be done, once and for all.

I wanted him to die so badly after what happened last episode, but his death doesn't really make me feel any better. I'm glad that he's dead so he won't be able to cause any more pain, but Naze, Amida, and Lafter are still gone.

Revenge just feels so.. empty.

Akihiro's Gusion's giant clippers are so brutal and awesome.

"What should I do, Orga?"

"Crush Them"

This episode was such a waste. While there was a great deal of mech action, it served no real purpose. The previous battles at least tried to tell a story about how the battle was going, with both sides adjusting to the situation and making important call throughout. This one was just a curb stomp where we see all the enemy mechs get destroyed in various fashion with no evidence Tekkedan lost a single person. No character developed through the fighting. This arc already had a pretty weak villain and he amounted to nothing. There wasn't even a battle between aces to make it interesting.

The power creep in this anime is horrible. I can understand if a gundam is nearly invincible on the battlefield, but its ridiculous when all of tekkadan is. Tekkadan currently has the best aces, and even their regular guys can beat anyone except some of the enemy aces.

well maybe one or two died but the director can't go making big deal out of everything because the series won't progress.
Beside Tekkada are an army organization that by now is very experience in battles that fight together like brothers and cover each other perfectly.
That guy was just a rich trader that hired goons to fight for him. He only had a chance if Iok followed his plan and attacked them from behind. Alone he is a nothing in frond of combat experts like Tekkadan.

Glad to see that fucker is dead, but I'm surprised Azee didn't participate in the fight. Also it sucks that Tekkadan has broken ties with everyone except McGillis :(

The battle has begun.
Hush is piloting a special suit from the Turbines.
And that scumbag is dead.
Kakumei.
Dat ending.

For the Harem King, Naze!

Not much to say here other than this episode was better than some of the recent ones. Some lines seemed really overdramatic (like Akihiro talking about how he is going to need forgiveness from the dead).

Ahahah so much vengeance appreciation in this thread, love it.

It felt good.

Also love the new tail on Barbatos.
I witnessed a loli spill from a cartridge and somehow retained my sanity.

Vengeance. Sweet, sweet vengeance has been dealt. Although I would've liked Jasley to suffer more, like break the windows and let him and his cronies die of suffocation, this was acceptable as well.

Barbatos as it prepared to destroy Jasley was terrifying.

Rest in peace, Lafter. Hundreds or thousands responsible for your blood have received their comeuppance.

May they rot in hell.

From Orga's video call to Mika ignoring his pleas for his life, everything about Jasley's death was beyond satisfying. Hope they deliver extra when it's Iok's turn.

The revenge is treated as appropriately miserable. Nobody even feels anything after absolutely slaughtering Jasley and his entire enterprise. As with Radice, it is always nice to see a smug dickhead backstabber get theirs but if the show didn't make it clear that vengeance is actually not very satisfying and not at all worth it then I dunno what to say.

Seeing Orga (and by extension Tekkadan) go all-in with McGillis is also sad. I know saying that IBO's core theme is "relationships" is like saying Jackie Chan's signature action move is "punching" but Season 2 strongly illustrates people playing politics and emphasizing bad relationships. Julieta and Iok are both clearly ill-served by Rustal's mentorship; Takaki was manipulated by Radice; Mika and Orga are caught in a mutually destructive feed-back loop. Naze serves as a counter-example but he had to die for his team to do the right thing. McGillis is clearly not going to do anything for the betterment of Tekkadan even if he's a "fair" partner that respects what Tekkadan can do.
