| Lol whaaat. Could the man not find a trashcan or something and instead irresponsibly threw the trash onto a SCHOOL CAMPUS. Or was there some sort of ulterior motive. Hmm. Honestly I would be pretty peeved about that too, so I can see why Wakatake wanted find the culprit. Wonder what's up with Uesugi, something happened to him, or maybe something within his family? |
