Finally Amuro's back! And what's with Kamille going mad at Char all of a sudden? Its not like it's his fault for Reccoa "death". However great ep, Four returns too, and to put Kamille through some bad times!

Four's comeback really surprised me, but now Kamille gone emo over her again~
Since the incident with the axis, Char is too off chara, he even got lectured by Kamille, lol.

I'm glad Four is alive, she's the only female character I like. The rest just get on my nerves.

Apparently Zeta Gundam can re-enter without any additional heat shields. :O

Yay, nice to see Four back. I wonder how she survived?

I'm glad Four is back, I thought it was pretty lame for such and important character to die so quickly. Kamille is getting on my nerves too, I don't think I like him very much personality-wise (he's an excellent pilot though).

In the Japanese version I have there seems to be a voice over mistake. Amuro with Kamille's voice; how did they mess that up?

Anyways, Kamille dragged this episode down. And hello Amuro.

We FINALLY get to see Amuro again...and he's on a fodder gundam -_- Four being alive will just give me a couple of headaches with Kamille acting all emo, and apparently the Zeta gundam can take the heat descending to earth without the shields...OP

Another amazing episode!!

I'm sad that once again Kamille is acting a child in front of Char. I thought he was better than this, but it seems he get's too emotional at times. At least it's not worst like in the first few episodes.

I love how Char acknowledges that how can one hit can pull him towards the earth. Definitely makes it more realistic in battle ^^

Four is alive!!! I knew they wouldn't kill her like that. It's shame she's being manipulated and tortured to endure high amounts of headache.

Amuro is back!!! And yes in the original Japanese version we have Amuro's splice art yet the voice is Kamille.

It's still on the Blu ray!!! They should have fix when they released this on BD.

No biggie, but shame they overlook it.

It seems Amuro and Char knows if you get too attach Newtype, bad things happen.

I actually didn't realize Four is similar to Lalah, but it's only Kamille being obsessed with her right now.

Can't wait for the next episode!!

The waver that the mark 2 used to enter earths gravity was a prototype made from the zeta's blueprints so it was kind of obvious
Getting real sick of Kamille's shit.

Decent episode. Happy to see Amuro and a glimpse of Hayato but everything seemed really rushed and they're back on Earth with little set-up and suddenly Four is back and we're dealing with plot issues from 20 episodes ago. It all seems a bit distracting when out in space they've just introduced Axis...

Yeah! Wong Lee leaved the ship!

Camille has a serious problem, why can't he process the fact his Reccoa's emotional needs were never under the lieutenant's responsibility? Plus, except for his try with Lalah and his "friendship" with Garma, Char was always described as someone with non-existent empathy.

The Red Comet was owned by a cup-and-ball ?! Hilarious.
Four comes back ! But her mental state has worsen, she's fully lobotomized thanks to the remote control tests.

Amuro (*-*) will never stop blaming Char for Lalah... I want to see him accept his own share in this event. -_- That would make a nice closure for the character.

I believed that certain people, or we had played them, or we would not have seen them for script requirements, however there is this plot twist. The narrative rhythm is always accelerated, but the direction and the fighting, they do their job. As in any Gundam's series, even here, you skimp on the number of robots that are introduced; good!

Looks like Kamille is back to his old self in this episode.

Kamille clearly damaged an enemy mobile suit, but I didn't see enough to have me convinced he killed it. That model has survived similar damage before.

Amuro Ray Kill Count:
1 Hizack kill this episode
6 kills this war
83 kills total

Kamille Bidan Kill Count:
0 Kills this episode
45 Kills total

Four being somehow resurrected is the wackest shit. Character with the depth of a pancake with no purpose other than to force a dumb romance with Kamille in one episode. Not to mention that her coming back doesnt even make sense considering she got shot twice and was in her suit when it exploded. Might as well bring Lalah back too if we're going down this road.

They failed to take the kids off the ship again, just as in the original. Oh no. They're so annoying and a waste of screen time.

Also there was a moment at the end when Kamille charged to the Psycho Gundam and then a frame with Amuro was shown, but still with Kamille's voice. Lol.

How does Char know about Four if he hasn't even met her? I remember he went to space before all those shenanigans with Psyco Gundam. And do I even need to say that her survival is pretty unrealistic? Well, she was inside the Gundam then the mother plane exploded, so MAYBE her Gundam can withstand such pressure. But still, looks kinda far-fetched.

Those things on the back of Amuro's MS...just what?

Another great episode. Bringing back Four was the right move. Makes the story even more interesting.

One thing I do have to day is that the amount of nitpicking for this show is crazy. I'm fairly sure most who do this are just watching it for the sake of finding the flaws.
Mar 5, 2021 3:54 AM
The romance in this anime is weak even in the original it was better lol. Char was close to kill Jamitov, damn.

A crazy episode!
The annoying Lee is finally gone and the battle in the orbit went to shit becaause of Yazans new ... Yoyo-weapon?!
But so Char and Kamille re-entered earth and we get to see Hayato, Amuro and even Four again.
I really thought she was dead dead. Apparently she survived and was even more brainwashed. I really hope it will have a happier ending than with Amuro and Lalah.
But somehow i don't fell like Zeta Gundam is the anime for having a lovey dovey ending for Four and Kamille. We'll see

Ahh, feels so good when your premonitions (or just, plain logic) is corrent: Four felt "too important" to die just like that. It'd be stupid to develop that romance with Camille, mention that "memory loss" issue and then kill her after a couple of episodes. And here she is! I'm relieved - she's among the best females of the show and her reappareance is much appreciated!

By the way: Camille acting as he is is perfectly fine - for me, as a viewer. It's good to remember, once in a while, that underneath the warrior skin, people are humans - with feelings and all. I'm not here to watch machines fighting one another. I'm here for the drama of real people fighting one another - with their outbursts of emotion, bad decisions, unpredictability and all that jazz. That makes it much more interesting and realistic.

Let's not forget: even Char lost control - and this had dire consequences to everyone on his team (but me, as a viewer? - I liked it!).

Yep 100% - I think people get too caught up in characters doing logical things all the time, when this really doesn't happen in reality. But we do do logical things from our own perspectives of course. And we get caught up in emotions and are affected by traumas.

It was great to see Four, Amuro, and Hayato return to the scene. I really thought Amuro would be in this more.

Crazy setting with Kilimanjaro.

@satyrelfheim I agree with you here. I always skim the comments a bit after each episode, and each time a character shows an emotional flaw it's getting critiqued by a lot of people as 'unrealistic' or in the case of the red comet as 'uncharacteristic', even though in 0079 and origin Char showed to be emotional and impulsive when there are personal stakes for him. Like his personal connection with the axis people, and with the evil guy here. People like Kamile can slowly mature and still act like a brat sometimes (sometimes people feel bad or are a bit depressed), that's not regressing but normal and happens in RL even with adults all the time. I feel people take anime characters to a rational standard that's different from real life, and this series has a 'real life' approach with emotions that is at odds with that. 'Character is mostly emotion X, so when he is suddenly emotion Y then it's badly written'. Maybe because modern series in general do this less, where a lot of the time characters have very recognizable character traits and almost always stick with those emotions (which makes it 'logical' how they react and easy to digest). I love that this show has that nuance to it. Might be an age thing as well, i appreciate those nuances and flaws more than when i was in my teens (when i probably found them annoying and getting in the way of the story as well)
