Both of these anime revolve around fighting other people and being the last one standing. In fate/stay night, ghosts become servants and fight with there masters. Fate/Stay night has a darker theme to it, with more blood and violence to it.

Victorique and Shinku have really similiar personality and they look alike but Shinku is fighter and Victorique is reconstructing chaos :3

i think shadow house is a child of rozen maiden. Helpless kids story that has power given by their father. what secrets lies beneath? even though genre could be different the whole feel of universe is elegant that you likely will love both shows.

Both Shows Have a similar goal of winning a game, the Sekirei Game, and the Alice game. Similarly, when you lose the game, you lose your mark of belonging. Same in both anime. Both also have multiple Female characters that like the main character.
report Recommended by xKana
In both series the characters must participate in a cruel game and defeat one another, and the last one standing is about to obtain enormous power. However, things don't always go as planned. ;3

Both have the same old fashioned lolita, renaissance, elegant, etc. kind of style

Battles to find the best Maiden/Akikan (for differents reasons) and everyone have a master. In the final of the two series appears a strongest enemy who has no master and start the real battle.

In Rozen Maiden there are 7 dolls and each one must fight against each in a battle called the Alice Game. Each one is partnered up with a human so they can use the human for energy, like in Zatch Bell they use the power of the heart. They call the human Mediums, and Mediums are basically like the Book Owners. They collect each ones Rosa Mystica and the last one standing becomes Alice and is loved and cared for by Rozen (the guy who made the dolls). In Zatch Bell they each fight one other and the burn the books of each other and  read more

Living dolls go on fights with the help of their human master.

Although the premise and genre are different, when I watched Busou Shinki Moon Angel I was immediately reminded of Rozen Maiden. In both anime we have some kind of toy that approaches a hikikomori kid and somehow helps him socialize and build confidence. Shinku and Kaguya are also very similar in appearance (blue-eyed blondes with long hair) and the same is true for Jun and Tsubasa. They also have the master-servant relationship, though in Rozen Maiden it's much more complicated.

Tsundere loli lead females, art shows resemblance as well. 4 biblio-princesses are very much like the seven Rozen Maidens

Holy Grail War=Alice Game, A battle royale setting Master=Medium, The one who supply the Rozen Maiden/Servant with mana/energy. 7 Servants=7 Rozen Maidens, The one who must fuch each other for the prize There is actions, character chemistry, and everyday life scenes.

Very similar, but the doll in Rozen Maiden is really...a doll.

the important character it´s named alice, both animes with goth -loli girls and loli boys, the same kinda dark and fancy plot and scenary, abyss looks like rozen maiden´s worlds with the broken dolls that dark broken and ugly concept like suigintou´s world, the toy box from hinaichigo´s world, the mansions resambles rose mansion fom rozen maiden, there´s a contract and that contract means youe need to giva a kiss, and that contract makes the user more powerful [chain, doll]

Both are by the same studio, nomad, and both feature people fighting for a reason they are unsure about. I didn't really like either of these shows, but if it floats your boat... Basically, Kampfer = Rozen Maiden with hot chix.

Both the main male characters are hikokomori boys that refuse to go to school due to a traumatic event. They both encounter a supernatural phenomenon that changes their way of life and gaining the courage to venture the outside world and work at fixing their prior relationships. Both series focus on overcoming social isolation all the while realizing that they aren't the only people in the world.

In the last part of 11eyes, there are a pair of characters that are very reminiscent to Rozen Maiden, especially for Suigintou. Both anime provide various cute and sweet girls.

After watching these two, I had to laugh. They are both about "living dolls" that battle. Even though the dolls look a bit diffrent, it's the same idea really.
report Recommended by Kathisofy
The main character is almost like the same as Jun , a recluse and a hikikomori and barely goes out. Aside from, that the story is pretty much different.
report Recommended by UshiromiyaMamoru
Both series involved living doll-jointed figures that go on adventures inside and around the house and protect their masters by contract. Rozen Maiden's heroines are living dolls created by magic while Busou Shinki's heroines are living figurines brought about through created by technology.

These two animes share the really similar game of desperate elimination of each other, the Alice game of Rozen Maiden and the future diary destroying in Mirai Nikki. All participaters are just trying to get to the top at all costs. Only that Mirai Nikki is the bloodier version.

beautiful robot dolls, all with masters lots of pretty girls surrounding main male cast (harem) fight scenes english background and settings dolls are difficult to manage beautiful art.

Rose theme, all over throughout the series. The plot is not that similar, but the atmosphere is and has kind of a Victorian//European feel to it.

Though the premise quite differs, both deal with girls with magical powers and the tragedy and downfall of many of them. They both add a melancholy vibe to friendship, relationships and also the loss of someone

The storylines don't have much in common. Maybe sounds weird, but those two animes DO have other things in common: the fighter - sacrifice thingy. Both animes have a fighter and a sacrifice (medium). Their power is halved when their medium/sacrifice isn't with the fighter in both animes. Both animes have "Master-servant" signs. In Rozen Maiden is it the ring with the rose, and in Loveless it is the name on their bodies. - Supernatural battles against other dolls/other pairings - both action and drama genre Jun-kun's and Ritsuka's personality have some things in common: They both act a little bit agressive some times. Ritsuka skips school sometimes like Jun They both have  read more

While there is a love story involved in Rozen Maiden, it's a different one from what you're given in Chobits, but that's not a bad thing really. Our lead character, Jun, still finds a mysterious non-human girl(s) who ends up living with him. She still has a positive influence on his life, and he still changes his general outlook and personality because of her. With that the girl(s) of Rozen Maiden is nothing like Chii. After following the directions of a strange order form for a doll, a case containing Shinku, a "Rozen Maiden" series doll mysteriously appears in his room. Upon winding her up, Jun finds  read more

Jun is somewhat the same to tomoko except he refuses school, and has the rozen maidens. This aspect isn't delved into as much either, and takes a backseat in rozen maiden to the main plotline for the most part as a sideplot.

it seems like it will be some sort of Rozen Maiden all over again, in this case "dreams of alice" both contain mystical girls with supernatural powers, and the MC that gets involved on it no matter what... pretty similar to this point. it yet has to develop, but so far if you liked Rozen Maiden, i'm sure that you will enjoy this

If you like small girls who say 'desu' at the end of every sentence, you will like both of these! Maki and Suiseiseki are voiced by the same person, as well.

Cute girls have to fight using magical powers. If they lose, their fate will be terrible.

Owner and HiE relationship are similar to Master and doll relationship. Lacia series are similar to the Rozen maidens in their "quality" within their own universe.

They have (almost) the same character designs and atmosphere.

Dark magical girl shows about girls competing to become best girl ( No really those are the basic premises ). The girls aren't your typical "magical girls" but they're still girls with magical powers so they technically qualify. Rozen Maiden is more light-hearted but gets darker in the second season.  read more

Rozen Maiden season 1 and season 2 and Magical Girl Raising Project are both similar in that they involve magical girls who have to compete against each other. Raising Project has a lot more violence and blood, but both shows get darker and more dramatic as they progress. Recommended if you like survival anime shows with girls!

They both deal with siblings fighting each other for a legacy only one of them can have.

A boy is forced (although one is more willing) to become a servant of a bossy aristocratic type. More characters are added, first as enemies but the duo usually ends up befriending them.

both main characters have very similiar characteristics :P both Nagi and Shinku are unusual characters and control a guy's life ... both amusing anime series!
report Recommended by Haruko-chan
Both series are similar as it involves a teen boy protecting girls that have been thrust upon them - with the exception that the girl in Kure-nai is human, while those in Rozen Maiden are 'live-dolls'. The female protagonists in both are sophisticated, mature and bossy girls who first treat their protectors as servants before being able to see and appreciate them as something more. The male protagonists both have their fair share of problems that they overcome thanks to the girls they protect.

There's nothing really that similar but both has fights, the guy some sort of feelings for Shana/Shinku, both are comedy....... don't know what else but both of them are really good.

Rozen maiden will bring out a pedophile in you ,and ranma will make that woman in you come to the surface. both have some very funny moments and some strange love, which you will see in no other anime.both have some fighting loving and missunderstanding.

They're both about a boy that has to be a servant xD But Zero no Tsukaima is more ecchi. I like Rozen Maiden better, but for the people who like that kind of stuff...

If your favorite part of Rozen Maiden was the day in the life comedy, then you could potentially enjoy Peach Pit's other work, Shugo Chara. This show stars a young girl named Amu who, over the course of the first three episodes, manages to acquire tiny representations of various aspects of her personality, both current and potential. The show quickly starts to incorporate various magical girl genre staples, including: an evil organization bent on acquiring physical manifestations of spiritual concepts, the main character changing into various cutesy outfits; so as to be able to fire various multicolored attacks in order to defeat said organization, simultaneous  read more

-Both animes are about receiving or meeting a partner (coincidence or not) to fight in a survival game, and aim to defeat the other partnerships to win the game. -The last one standing is granted a wish and/or physical prize.

Life is given to something that are never meant to be alive. What happen then? Z-Loan and Rozen Maiden are great examples of that. They explores the meaning of life from many different aspects. Both are action-pack, and has a plot with many twists and turns that will keep you wanting more.

The plotline is really similiar. In Rozen Maiden, you have living dolls of the unique Rozen Maiden collection who compete/fight against each other to achieve the title of "Alice". In Kagihime Monogatari Eikyuu Alice Rinbukyoku (Key Princess Story: Eternal Alice Rondo), there are girls, who are called the "Alice", that have fragments of the unwritten third Alice story (by Lewis Carroll). The Alice fight each other and collect the story pieces. Also, the protagonist is a male in both series. Each protagonist pairs up with a girl/doll who is part of the fight, and both shows deal somehow with "Alice". Differences would include that Kagihime  read more

In both series, there's fantasy themes involving the main/supporting characters. These characters are seemingly involved in a game that tests their abilities against each other. The winner of the game will claim a prize/glory. Both series are lighthearted but does feature some emotions as well as action. Both series' main male protagonist also have similar personalities and wishes to protect others, especially the main female protagonist. Both series also have comedy, drama, and hints of romance. The OST in both series are also noticeable presenting in a majestic manner.
