Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki Part 2

This anime is the answer to the question: "What would you get if you let a high schooler who read Machiavelli's Il Principe for the first time in his life write an uninspired harem isekai that is peppered with banal Japanese nationalism and an inexplicable adulation of bureaucrats?"

Just like the first season of the show, "How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom" has little to do with realism or Machiavelli's work that it so frequently and cringefully cites. It is a generic harem isekai, where our protagonist's superpower is to be a high schooler from Japan who read Il Principe. He dazzles everyone in the ... setting by fixing the lack of common sense in this fantasy world, which exists only due to writer fiat.

For instance, he teaches the people in this fantasy world -- who are supposed to be starving -- to try out eating animals and plants which were previously not considered. One would surmise starvation would be a particularly strong motivator for people to have done this on their own, but we are expected to believe that only our protagonist could share this deep insight and fix centuries of thickheadedness, all thanks to his superpower of having received high school education in Japan.

The "realism" references are equally cringeworthy. From the title, one would guess that the anime would be full of intrigue and political backstabbing; backroom deals and alliances of convenience. Nah, nearly every person of power in the setting adores (literally, in the case of females) our hero, and provide their unquestioning and complete support and loyalty in return for a pat on the head, and a chance to join the ever-expanding harem. These are not self-interested agents playing politics, mindful of some balance of power, trying to retain and extend their influence. They are unquestioning members of the harem. Even the top leadership of the setting's superpower fall immediately in love with the despot of the weak country which stands against their national interests (an all-female team, obviously). An offer of marriage is voiced upon the first meeting, foreshadowing an international, all-encompassing harem. The only characters that seem to directly oppose the protagonist are thickheaded males who did not fall under the influence of our hero's virility. Truly, this must be what peak realism looks like.

The sound and art are serviceable. Nothing to write home about.

I would recommend this anime only to those who want to watch a harem isekai and can tolerate the cringy scenes where the author goes out of his way to drop Machiavelli quotes while the plot betrays zero understanding of the referenced work. I cannot even call it pretentious, given how blatant the plot makes this. I would also recommend it to fellow train-wreck enthusiasts who just enjoy watching shows that are "so bad it's good". It isn't really good, but it sure is a train-wreck.

I really love this anime. Characters are unique in their ways. The story is fun and it is rare for this kind of genre. There is also a lot of knowledge inserted throughout the story and you can apply that knowledge in your real life. The art & sound are not top-tier anime but the quality does not drop throughout part 1 and part 2. The story and character can compensate for art & music. I really wish it will have season 2 (now it is only season 1 part 1 & 2. If you have never watched this anime before, I strongly recommend to ... try once. Let's support this anime together :)

I am happy that everyone here may actually be coming here after watching season 1 or maybe thinking of giving it a chance, It pains me so much to see the blind anituber bandwagon hate for isekai these days, though some are deserving of it, it also leads to some very unique and amazing ideas like this and fabiniku (the other great isekai this season) being thrown under the bus!

Isekai is just an excuse at this point to get a clean slate, leapfrog, and create your own world with your Set of rules, this is absolute CRUX OF THE WHOLE ANIME IN THIS ONE genjitsu ... yuusha will be a failed product if it tried to do what it did back on earth. Now I get this can lead to a basic as Fuck annoying SAO clone anime but it also leads to the creation of true masterpieces like Mushoku Tensei, honzuki, slime, etc

Though it may seem presumptuous, I am confident enough that with the level of World Building that has been given to this anime we can call it a great world like the above 3 (Tho the story and characters are not yet at the level of the former 3)

I must admit I was wrong there….

Actually, these political marriages make a lot of sense hell we had them just about a few centuries ago too. This I have seen a harem being justified in anime without just ecchi XD, Liscia, Aisha, merchant girl all make for some powerful allies and also help him consolidate his powers due to their familial ties. Most of these make the harem aspect more sensible yes,

HOWEVER, the girls themselves still remain very poorly written sometimes purely due to the fact that they don't add much to the plot other than being the MC s Q/A BOT. Liscia still only accompanies soma so that he has someone to explain shit to OFC while also being a Waifu XD. Aisha gets no dialogues at all unless it's about sexy time :3, Ronoa, even though she joined late, remains the most interesting of the bunch but gets limited screen time.

The plot however improves even more after season 1!

The setting is beautifully laid down, to start with a kingdom that isn't too well off yet has the potential, stereotypes such as magic being an end all be all halting technological advancements, refugees piling up due to war, War being just an excuse for many nations to further their power and much more! A history nerd is sure to love this premise and also the execution which is done exactly as would be expected and hence makes soma his own kind of cool! I can't sing more praise without spoiling, but be sure to check it

The best you can get if realistic fantasy is what you desire, The business aspect does not go into spice and wolf or maoyuu levels but remains relevant and believable and slightly better than last season. The war aspect is perfectly portrayed! Sacrifices, refugees, Bold yet hard choices are made and the topic of slavery is also handled in a mature and proper manner, unlike most anime where it is just for sympathy points. The other quirky and well-written characters other than souma are a welcome change, however, the main harem girls still were not explored quite as well, I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT CARMINE AND LISCIA RELATIONSHIP BUT THE ANIME JUST GLOSSED OVER IT AND WASTED ANOTHER PERFECT OPPORTUNITY.

Characters (7/10)
Characters are like walking on a tight rope the main girls for the most part remain as uninteresting as they had in season 1, I would really love it if this is rectified in future seasons(if there are any). Souma, Jeanne, and hakuya remain the strongest and most well-written characters, there is a good amount of mystery in hakuya’s character, and souma is a flawed and not immune kirito clone which makes the story much more fitting of its realist hero title. Certain new characters, although pretty unimportant are also quite promising and are also hinted to return hence this may as well turn into a massive colony of characters the kind that we see in tensura.
I have ranted enough about the girls so ill omit it here.

Art and animation (6/10)
Not great, maybe a slight improvement in animation from last season. The art, although consistent is rather bland to the point that every character looks the same except ofc the eye and hair color. The background art is as generic as it comes in JC staff land but it's not bad to look at, But a jump in art quality certainly might have helped. The best part is the Well detailed MAPS that explain the current standings quite well I love every scene that includes it! OP art is a standard boring adventure character showcase. ED art is weak and forgettable as well.

Sound VA (8/10)
Nothing of note, most popular VA doing their role as well as they can, no standout performance but none are bad at all. OP is music-wise ok, ED is slightly better than OP IMO.

The father of modern political philosophy and science, 15th Century-borne Niccolò Machiavelli, is a very influential figure for his unscrupulous acts that are proclaimed in his most famous (or infamous rather) work on The Prince (Il Principe), being heralded as the instruction guide for new princes and royals, accepting that the aims, such as glory and survival, can justify the use of immoral means to achieve those ends. But as is with this very controversial work that's debated for centuries after his death, there was one consensus that was generally agreed on, and it's innovation, partly because like many other prose works of the time, ... it was written in Italian Vernacular, giving rise to the popularity of literature in the Renaissance Period.

The Prince's aim was to teach that the "effectual" truth was to be taken as more important than any abstract ideal. And novelist Dojyomaru took and transformed that ideal into an Isekai where a modern person of intelligence and conceit was summoned to a fantasy world where the kingdom he was summoned was facing political and social pressure, and needed to be reformed before it could be lost to potential rivals typical of the kingdom wars and takeover and what-have-yous. And since this is the continuation of that series from last Summer, to say that Realist Hero wasn't for me would be a sore understatement. I do love shows covering politics and the like (a la Log Horizon) because it gives me reason to jog my brain, but after bearing through yet another season of this, I have but only one answer to it, and that's by some quotes:

It's no surprise that deep within the reaches of Realist Hero, nothing stands but generic Isekai and with a harem to match, because what else could you try to match sophisticated intelligence like Machiavelli's to make it "realistic". It's like cooking something but adding sugar instead of salt (or MSG rather) to make the taste balance topsy turvy, and yet still, manage to fail in every regard. I like references when done right and that the general audience understands why the context is used, but Realist Hero just quotes them like "It's the definition of law and order, written in black and white" to appease the people whom didn't understand one fair bit, yet continue to trust that the same people will understand the motives of the one in charge and trust that whatever the hero's doing, he's doing it for the best intentions of the kingdom. Whether frenemies or strangers that he comes by, he does it by the book to ensure that everyone is treated equally, which in an imperfect world, would sound almost to the point of narcissism. That's why it's labelled fiction, a imagination of a "what-if" situation if past Centuries' kingdoms would've been led by modern-day civilization, and for that it's fine, but doesn't harness any realism values at all.

Everything else is just the same, just nothing to note about. At least Inori Minase's OP is better by a wee bit, and the ED got an upgrade to not being PowerPoint-worthy half-assed lazy material with Aimi's ED to boot.

If you love it, you definitely will love it, and vice versa. I can't imagine anyone with common sense will like this one since it's just constant quotes to signify a brand new age, and it's still the same utter convoluted nothingness as the 1st Cour that came before it. This series is just too smart for its own good, and that "playing smart" is its Achilles' Heel, for better or for worse.

Meanwhile, just watch Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu a.k.a The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt, that one is far less liberal on the socio-political aspect and more comedic that's a better representation of being a more realistic Realist Hero.

I think this show scratches that itch left behind by Spice and Wolf, and Log Horizon, for me personally. I can take or leave action but I love politics and interesting dialogue. I think that's the main appeal of this show. If you want a lot of action or get bored when a majority of a show is characters sitting around talking, then you're going to hate this show.

I think it also avoids the classic isekai trope of an overpowered main character (At least personally I think it does.) I could see an argument being made that he's *too* smart but I think his explanations ... and thought processes are understandable. I don't think he ever comes in with knowledge that someone with an education wouldn't have a base understanding of. It's not like he's inventing computers or guns from random scraps of metal. He has an outsider's perspective, basic understanding of how supply and demand work, and knowledge from a more advanced society where a lot of these problems have already been solved.

It does fall into the trope of the isekai harem, and it is kind of brushed off as polygamy is widely practiced in this new world, but it takes such a back seat that I hardly remember it when watching the show. I think it was used as an excuse to have the main girls flirt and fall for the MC. So take that with a grain of salt.

But, then again, I'm isekai trash.

Second season just continues building on what the previous season built up.

8/10, would recommend.

It's bad. No other way around it. This weird mixture of harem wanna-be and person who is okay with killing 20+ people in the room while at the same time get flustered by scantly dressed "wives" of his is just not working out.

Further more, show is ridden with plot conveniences and doesn't really depict "realistic" behavior of any sort, despite the word being in the title. Last episode I watched (5) broke it for me. This episode is a good indicator just how downhill things are moving. Random characters we've never seen get killed while previously established characters get to live happily every after. It ... seems to me that's anything but "realistic" way to lead a kingdom, but what do I know, I don't have 6 wives with whom am too scared to share a hug.

I have yet to finish the season as it is still releasing but here are some of my thoughts.

1. It is a Harem anime.
I understand people like Harem but I specifically choose to continue watching but it is not a harem. I despise how the majority of anime in the Harem genre, in my opinion, is overly dramatic and overly sexualizes girls/ women. (Sadly, that is the current trend with most anime, which is upsetting to me. I understand that people can and should be more free about sex but there is a way to do it tastefully and harem often objectifies and ... sexualizes women in a toxic way. - hence my distaste for harem.)

2. Honestly, I really liked the first part of this anime. I believe I rated the first part 9 or 10. I am really disappointed to see how it is turning out. There were hints at a harem but it mainly focused on the ML figuring out how to run his kingdom. It was something tolerable for me. I liked how the romance aspect did not get in the way of what I presume is the main plot that is fixing up the kingdom.

I plan to watch the rest of the anime when the last episode of the season comes out. Hopefully, it won't turn out to be full-blown harem anime.

It was worth watching. I'll be eagerly waiting for season 2.

It's a second season of Realist Hero, and it takes advantage of that as if that first season was an industry-shattering success.
It wasn't, it was an okay isekai about some highschooler using modern knowledge to find his place in a world of sword and magic. And that journey of finding his place ended in the first season.
This season features our MC doing... I'm not sure what, honestly. The fucker is all over the place, doing completely unrelated to each other things. Sure, he's "REBUILDING THA KINGDAHM!™", so each episode has some different theme like 'slavery is bad', or 'education is good', or even controversial and ... deep things like 'hygiene and washing your hands is good for you'.
But they're all completely unrelated to each other, MC doesn't say anything interesting on the topic, emotional drama is tokusatsu-level trash and every 'joke' of the comedy physically hurts me when I hear them.
Characters in general are fossilizing into their respective archetypes. MC the always overworked dude that explains shit and has 'deep' inner thoughts about 'controversial' topics, his sidekick princess retard that has to ask all the questions and be suprised at every answer she gets, and his other bonus sidekick tanned big-titty elf princess, that also asks dumb questions and gets suprised.
I'd like to tell you about the rest of the cast, but they're not in this show.
I'm serious. gourmet fatty and fox loli make no appearances at all, mermaid girl and smark bookworm dude also have roles so insignificant their cardboard cutouts could handle them (well, and it feels like that's what's happening, honestly).
From technical perspective also it seems they just don't give a fuck anymore. One of the episodes takes 70% of its screentime in a single room. Just talking bullshit for 15 minutes to use up the screentime. Action scenes are bad too, but they again, they were never good.

This is just bad anime, and if you liked first season, you'll dislike this even more.
Just move on, and pretend you never saw this series.

The return of politics, the anime and it came back and did more of the same. My opinions from season 1 didn’t really change, it was just nice to see a different outlook on the isekai genre, however, it wasn’t necessarily perfect especially because the anime started to feel like it was dragging throughout the middle and there were certain parts where literally nothing would happen. Overall I thought it was a decent continuation of season 1 that I think some people might enjoy.

With this being more of a dialog-based show with a minimal amount of action the animation isn't as important, at ... least to me. I also thought character designs weren’t amazing, but the colors would pop out nicely.

A somewhat underrated part of the anime. The sound design was surprisingly solid, but it wasn’t really jaw-dropping, but the sound would be used to create a good atmosphere in scenes throughout the anime.
Characters: 6
More of the same from season 1 with the most prominent addition being Roroa, who was enjoyable whenever she popped on the screen, but the character development was decent, to say the least. This still has to be the biggest drawback for me.
Story: 7
This anime did a really good job of grabbing us back in especially with the stuff about Carmine and how that entire situation played out. I must also say that it ended very nicely and it was good to find out more about the past king, However, my biggest gripe has to be that the anime felt quite boring and dragged quite a bit throughout the middle which is unfortunate.

If you've watched the first part, then you kind of know what to expect here, however I personally feel the second season is significantly weaker.

The art is poor, in many places it feels lazy and like they put in the minimal amount of effort, and the CG while not terrible is unmistakably sub-par.

The sound is average, there is nothing special here, nothing standout, in part 1 we had insert songs, here we don't even get that, we're not getting the 'song performances' that were a feature of part 1

What was good about Part 1 isn't as predominant here, instead, it mostly deals with the aftermath ... of Part 1

The problem is a lot of the story elements have evaporated, in the later half especially, where it mostly descends into unrelated sub stories, and shifts into wanting to focus into being more of a Harem anime than anything else.
It had harem elements before, but Part 2 brings those to the forefront.

One thing is, it's not as clever as it thinks it is, for example, it keep referencing Machiavelli's The Prince, yet there is good reason to believe that it was not intended to be taken literally.
Machiavelli wrote the treatise for the tyrannical new Medici ruler of Florence, who had previously tortured and banished Machiavelli. Florence had been a Republic before the Medici's took over, and Machiavelli was pro Republican.
So he commits many duplicitous or tyrannical acts often without mercy, and yet people are just 'fine' with it.

In Part 1 his social reforms were met with pushback, which was the entire plot of Part 1,
Yet in Part 2 his tyrannical actions are met with crickets.

I quite enjoyed Part 1, I was looking forward to Part 2, but Part 2 turned out to be a massive let down.

This anime started out with so much promise, was actually doing something different, but now? Now it's just another stupid harem isekai and i'm done.

Maybe i'm being harsh, but such is the contrast between what the show is trying do (looking at the real world issues of running a nation albeit in a fantasy setting) and the absolutely moronic implementation of the harem trope into the show.

Early on they establish the idea that in this world marriages are polygamic with the wives and husbands sharing equal standing and are each free to marry as many partners as they so choose. Now you don't need to ... be some sort of economic genius to see how this just would not be allowed for tax reasons alone but take this to it's logical conclusion and you could have entire nations where everyone is married to everyone else and the union holds utterly no meaning at all, legally or otherwise. And before someone tries to suggest that this is being inclusive or progressive in someway please note that we NEVER see any marriages of this nature other than with the protagonist himself!

In the first part tho this was just a stupid idea (with no thought put behind it AT ALL), a way to force the harem trope into an anime that DOES NOT NEED IT cause that's what you do with isekai fantasy anime, ain't it? It's in this part, this season, that the idea takes off into true lunacy as they actually start implementing it for the protagonist who is a HEAD OF STATE!

At this point Souma is now engaged to: the daughter of the former king, the daughter of a tribal chief and his personal bodyguard, the daughter of a prominent noble and the daughter of the king of a annexed nation. Now you don't need to be some sort of political studies student to know that this would not be in any way politically viable AT ALL, and would in fact render the usual benefits (and responsibilities) of political marriages utterly null and void (for once again you take this to it's logical conclusion Souma could go onto marry EVERY single daughter of EVERY nation in this world!).

So yeah, i tried my best to overlook this stupidity but after episode 4 they just kept piling on and on and on, practically 4 episodes in a row has been largely dedicated to this utterly absurd idea in a show with the world "realist" in the title! And it really is a shame as when this show was looking at the inner workings and issues of running a nation it truly was interesting and unique.

I enjoyed the first season, I also have no hate against Isekai anime, I enjoy them a lot. I thought that it had laid out a very interesting foundation. So wow, was I really disappointed with this second season/half of the show.

I feel like so much went wrong here and by that last episode I was like like "bruh" what? That last episode really lowered the rating of the show.

Story 3
The story felt very blah and some of the things Souma focused on or went over I just started zoning out on. So if the last episode wasn't the way it was, I ... probably would've have left this at a 5, but that last episode added what felt unnecessary and made so much of what was previously laid down questionable and in the air. Sure, one could say there was foreshadowing, and at the same time I felt those hints were so vague that really it was easy to be like here's the answer, "See the connection?" and then we'll all go, "Oh wow that was so smartly laid out," when really it felt kinda lazy.

Art 5
The art was fine, nothing absolutely breathtaking, nothing horrendous.

Sound 6
I liked the OP, it was nothing amazing though, and otherwise most of the OST was just pretty fine.

Character 3
The first season introduced all these characters that I wanted to see more of and in this season many of these characters get dropped or just reduced to like their base personality traits and feel more like hollow cutouts. I also had a hard time just going along with Souma just being like, "yup I know politics because I read a book, so I am great and do not fail at being a king." Yes, I saw him get affected by some of the job, but it still ended up working out, and it really didn't feel like the stuff he was affected by really held all that much weight. Also again even the harem characters felt completely reduced to stereotypical harem traits and they no longer felt like they had depth.

Conclusion
I really wanted to like this season, I thought the first season had really hooked me in, and I was interested to see what was next. Again if the last episode wasn't the way it was this anime would've ended up at like a 5 or 6 in rating, but really that episode did the whole show in for me. I will say there is a heartwarming satisfying interaction at the end, that felt more earned than a lot of the anime. Honestly, I could have gone without watching this.

As one of the isekai anime, this is an anime that is different from most other anime. In this anime, unfortunately you won't find much action, but you will be presented with lots of dialogue and the country's political life.

I think this is something very unique and interesting, because it happened in our own world (such as border disputes, international agreements, power struggles, corrupt aristocrats, refugees, etc which are problems that are still happening in our world today). I, as a person who understands these things and learns them, am very satisfied with the stories presented. there is also a ... lot of knowledge interleaved throughout the story and you can apply this knowledge in your real life.

The story is fun and rare for this kind of genre. So I think Realist Hero is a great anime for those who are interested in things like politics, history, economics and such. (but with the spice of romance and harem in it, in my own opinion this is not too disturbing). All the characters are memorable and work well together. I really like how they kept their pace and didn't rush at all but did everything to explain everything that needed explaining.

The story is great. The execution of the plot is excellent. This anime has its own charm and builds the world very well. I really like this anime and if possible of course I really hope this continues into season 2.

Despite the atrocity of Part 1 I was overwhelmed by the insane development this show had offered in Part 2

Overall I really enjoyed Part 2 of Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki so much that I binged watched it again. there's so much to appreciate in this part specifically. Before i was never invested in the story and characters but now I am especially when the war scenes happen to give off metaphorical meaning.

As we know the name of this show suggests if a mature civil servant got summoned to another world that was on the brink of war, how would they conduct themselves as ... the summoned hero? You guess its as realist as they come right, so that's exactly it in this anime.

I love how economy restrains are addressed in this series and how the character tackles challenges as they come along. Having said all of this you would need 100+ episodes to show the full depth of the world building, its amazing how the producers managed to condense information so much with an awe entertaining series. Well Done to them!

This isekai anime is very mature in terms of advices and about managing a kingdom! Very interesting approach to the story.

I did not write a review for last season so I'll log my thoughts on both combined here.

It is just what you would expect from an isekai power fantasy, with a bit of a political twist added on top. It hits all the usual tropes and cliches, and I'm not even saying that as a necessarily bad thing - I knew what I was signing up for from the start and it matched my expectations pretty well. Solving stupid issues in stupid easy ways because of his "other world knowledge" and such, it is just par for the course. Despite being easily predictable, it can ... still give you a bit of that good power trip feeling so was usually ok.

But I have to admit, at times the show just spent such a disproportionate amount of time focusing on some of those stupid issues that even my preparation was not enough to cope with it. Gotta reduce the score a bit from what it could've been if they paced it better.

The second season is for most part just "more of the same", or maybe even not enough so. Unfortunately it doesn't progress considerably beyond what was already shown in the first season. There is a lot to look forward to on the political scene, both in terms of uniting the human kingdoms as well as the war (or maybe negotiations) with the demons, but we get nothing aside of rounding up the war with the neighbor from last season. Even the new city he started last time is still not finished.

It would've been mostly a filler season if not for one attempt at a grandiose "plot twist" or an explanation of some character's previously odd and seemingly weak motivation. Without spoiling further all I can say is it will definitely surprise you and spur some debate and controversy, but it is questionable if it was really necessary. I personally think it does not add anything and is quite meaningless, aside of the potential to use it again in the future which unfortunately was not clarified at all. So just another negative point in the score from me here.

I do hope the show carries on, it still has much left to explore. If it ends at this point, I may have to revisit my scores and subtract another couple points for leaving it half-assed.

SPOILER FREE REVIEW -

This anime doesn't do anything revolutionary, this anime doesn't do anything special or unique and it doesn't try to be anything it's not. In a way, that's what makes this anime, honestly kind of a masterpiece. It's not one of the best shows you'll ever watch, it's not the best of it's genre by any means. But it's an incredible show with some of the most beautiful flushed out flourishing character design i've seen in a very long time. The story was great. The execution of the plot was terrific. The anime has it's own charm and it follows that charm and ... it's world building remarkably well. I actually adore this show.

The anime is extremely misleading in it's premise it exalts souma as a super awesome leader that does no wrong, his list of unrealistic accomplishments is endless, the writing took a serious dive from the first season discarding all character that are not part of the harem.

The first season had some actually realistic political intrigue and interesting story, but now souma is a merciful tyrant and all is well in his kingdom for some reason, though it has it's fuck ups.

The anime could have been so much more, but the writer decided that basing it on a combination of a retard book from a little ... before the age of enlightenment and, dumbass economical intervention that never works and has brought all countries that did it to triple their production worth of debt, or approaching double digit inflation would be a great idea.

Basically don't believe what this bullshit anime tells you, i stayed this long for the dark skin elf but i cant take it any longer.

Epic, Awesome, Amazing, Wonderful, Out of this World, Woah. What more can I say? I just wish for a Season 3!!!!

The anime is outstanding since Season 1 I really like how they took care of their pacing and did not rush anything at all, but do everything in order explaining all that needs to be explained, I do not find their vast amount of information tiring at all, but rather I am in awe of the dedication and hard work they poured in it. Each of the characters, especially Souma is outstanding. The story is amazing. Again I want to say this I wish ... for a Season 3!!!

Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki Part 2 (2022)

We had a good 7/8 until episode 13 came along and ruined the entire show with its mediocre display of absolutely pointless and unneeded expansion of a story arc that makes no real sense to include. Such vital information being withheld and theories that no one ever thought of. The story started getting a bit wacky but that took the biscuit.

The story is a continuation that gets more harem and less action in regards to the storyline. They seem to have given up with the meaningful expansion of making everything better in place of getting the ... harem going. Demons, what demons?

The art is good mostly but can be a bit droopy at times.

The OP and ED are fine, generally sound is okay and the voices are fine.

The characters develop but into more of an OMG! get me pregnant first way instead of the storyline with the evil demons on their way.

Episode 13 crashed it from an 8 to a 5 for me. Totally pointless and ruined what was an okay time.
