1. It is a Harem anime.
I understand people like Harem but I specifically choose to continue watching but it is not a harem. I despise how the majority of anime in the Harem genre, in my opinion, is overly dramatic and overly sexualizes girls/ women. (Sadly, that is the current trend with most anime, which is upsetting to me. I understand that people can and should be more free about sex but there is a way to do it tastefully and harem often objectifies and sexualizes women in a toxic way. - hence my distaste for harem.)
2. Honestly, I really liked the first part of this anime. I believe I rated the first part 9 or 10. I am really disappointed to see how it is turning out. There were hints at a harem but it mainly focused on the ML figuring out how to run his kingdom. It was something tolerable for me. I liked how the romance aspect did not get in the way of what I presume is the main plot that is fixing up the kingdom.
I plan to watch the rest of the anime when the last episode of the season comes out. Hopefully, it won't turn out to be full-blown harem anime.
