What more can there be to say about the anime that has a cry for help from the animation staff in it's own credits? The anime that has been damn near universally hated by any and all human beings ever unlucky or foolish enough to sully their eyes with it?
As it is with the main series, the art and animation quality are comparable to a teenage youtuber's first animation project. The sound design isn't truly awful but it's subpar and leaves little-to-no lasting impression. The writing is just a slew of cliche game and movie references that would make even the most hardened soul cringe
hard enough to give themselves a massive hernia.
I would say it's passable as spank material but between the above mentioned sins against man, nature and God and the awful voices/voice acting performances I doubt anyone with an IQ above Potato would maintain interest (or firmness) while viewing.
The main reason I'm writing this review is to say how baffled I was by this OVA.
As per most OVA's I was expecting something worse than the anime (which in this case should have been a catastrophe considering how the anime went), but to my surprise, this was considerably better, although that isn't saying much.
What I'm refering to is the animation style. I don't know why, or how they could afford it, but this OVA had animation that was significantly better than that of the parent story. There were fewer mistakes overall, but you can still see that episode 1 was better than episode
2. And yes, this one was uncensored.
The plot was nothing too astounding. The MC joins a VR game, with all the other girls of course, and they all need to try and seduce him. This OVA pushes the boundaries a lot further than the anime itself does, to the point where I feel as though this was made due to the shut down of HentaiHaven.
In the second episode, the main plot is yet another VR game, except in this case it's just he and his sister, whom he has to save from some dangerous events taking place. This game was made by Ahegao Double Peace Sensei, so I feel like we all know where this is going.
Overall, I'd rate this a 7/10, because of how much better it was than the anime itself. If you look at my other ratings, you'd see this isn't extraordinarily high, as I'm a high rater for most things anyway. This is my version of, it's watchable. Definately more so than the horrendous parent story.
If you're reading this then you now know that them anime streaming site have pass this as episode 11 and 12, so, I'll jaz get straight to the point without any BS nor anything that will require me to write such long blah blah blah review when it it would be pretty obvious that you just click on the helpful button with the notion that it's a good review but in reality you just skimmed it. So without any further adieu:
Story- Pathetic 1: The parent anime sucks and this sucks as well, since there is no story, jaz some random silliness that involves the
guy getting to see some nakedness from them girls through Peace sensei's naughty virtual reality game.
Art- Very Good 8: And I don't have to tell you that that's for them hound dogs to howl for.
Sound- Mediocre 5: You know why, the same seiyuu who did the character's voices.
Character-Pathetic 1: Same Nagami, Yuu, still acting like he doesn't enjoy being in the company of them girls, the same Nagami, Suzuka that has that brocon thing and up to now she still has to compete with them other girls for her onichan's affection, same Ahegao W Peace-sensei who is this perverted deredere and the other girls like Kanzaka, Akino,Himuro, Mai, Minazuki, Sakura, and Kanzaka, Haruna whome were now part of Peace sensei's perverted virtual reality game scheme.
Enjoyment- Poor 3: Well it jaz a special loaded with uncensored fanservice.
Overall- Dreadful 2: Enjoy hound dogs AWOOOOOOOO!!!!! Jaz don't overdo it...if you know what I mean.
Just when I thought the nightmare was finally over and I could move on to much, much better anime, this personification of making the audience suffer spluttered out two more OVA's. Woopeefuckingdoo.
Let's begin with the positives: The animation has been significantly upgraded. There are now very few animation mistakes. It still doesn't excuse the horrible artstyle but it is an upgrade nonetheless. Also these two episodes have waaaay more sexual scenes, so if you pornhub is down you at least have an alternative.
Now let's get to the meaty stuff. The story is absolute bullshit. Double Peace Sensei made an VR device that play a
huge part in both OVA's. In the first OVA the whole cast play a mario party type game and you win (at least for the girls) if you are able to seduce Yuu. The second only Yuu plays the VR game and has to win by rescueing his sister in various scenarios. Watching these OVA's just made me incredibly frustrated on how all of this work. How does the VR device work? How were everybody's memories deleted in the end of the first OVA? Why did they chose the cast to test out the VR game? Shouldn't Double Peace Sensei choose people who are actually gamers? What the heck was that game in the first OVA? Is it a tech demo? Then why even spent time making a tech demo for such a specific audience? As you see, I had a ton of questions whatching the OVA's and I don't even blame my nitpicky nature: It is just not well-thought out.
My last paragraph is also disregarding the fact that these OVA's only exist for fanservice. Because what we absolutely needed the most in the Original series was fanservice. I just… ugh.
Other then that all of my complaints from the last series still aply here: Horrible morals, dogshit characters, awful animation, forgettable music. I am just tired of beating this dead horse. I just want to go back to beating my little sister.
So about 3 months after I watched the anime series, I suddenly find out that its got an OVA. Its actually worse than the series somehow.
The two OVA's involve this thing called the "Nerd Gear" probably a parody of SAO's "Nerve Gear" which is not a good sign. The first involve a board game in which all of the girls try to seduce the MC while he has a wife ..... that wife spoiler alert:being the good ol Hentai artist Ahaegao Double Peace Sensei. All the other girls try to get the MC who is clearly not consenting to this.It has quiet a bit of
nudity including his sister.I know its fucked up.
The second one involves the nerd gear but this time its upgraded and it involves a game where the MC has to save his little sister. Both have something sexual involved obviously.First one parodies SAW and the second one parodies Die Hard which is ridiculous.
Now that the summary for the plots has been provided you can probably see that its pretty terrible particularly EXTREMELY disturbing to watch.
The art is still bad just as bad as the anime series . With anatomy drawn by 12 year olds and inconsistent character faces often looking totally different.
Wait it had music ? Oh and the voice acting is still the same and generally not good. Just not good.
I know this is an ecchi but characters are terrible. MC Dense Neuron Star who doesn't consent to anything that happens in the OVA and everything seems like sexual harassment to him and is perfectly fine with letting a person who forced him to do sexual things with his little sister in a game into his house. Ahaegao Double Peace sensei is still insane and sexualized. Mai does generally nothing in this OVA apart from acting as certain people . Same with all the other girls apart from the little sister . Whose character appears in the first one and her persona appears but its fake since its a game and she's not playing it.
in the enjoyment part it actually should get a less than 1 because its genuinely disturbing to watch and very fucked up. Needless seuxalization here and there along with it but generally kinda boring . The setting are kind of funny but are filled with shit.
Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai Specials (2019)
These are two specials in a virtual reality situation from Double Peace Sensei.
The first is based on the board game, The Game of Life.
The second is a two-part situation in the same setting with the first being a take on the SAW movies first release and then the first Die Hard film with the respectable situations for the show.
Be aware there is nudity in these that is uncensored.
Like the main series the art is good in most of it but drops in some places. It doesn’t drop in quality as badly
as the main series but does come across a bit lazy.
The OP and ED are not played during these due to the length of the specials (13 and 11 minutes respectively)
General sound is the same quality of the main series which is acceptable with general moaning of the goals as expected in this situation from generic stores.
No more character development apart from the desires of Akino Kanzaka being shown a bit more. (She is best girl of the series).
The specials are actually enjoyable and are suitable in length. That said they aren’t anything super special they are funny which is a bonus.
The specials overall are good but the art like the main series has let it down. Many will disagree on my opinion of it being good but that is because I am Trash and quite enjoy most anime which includes ones like this with the whole sister thing in it. (Only child do not worry).
The mad lads did it. The mad lads actually made their sick ass fantasies
come true. i was just laughing my ass off the whole time because this entire
OVA is so blatant in what it wanted to be. imagine being in that animation studio and being like "yeah man this is what we doin". i am not surprised. i an CERTAINLY entertained in the WORST/BEST type of way.
This show was already bad because of the lazy storytelling the BEYOND unoriginal premise and the 11 dollar budget they seemed to be with seen by the 11 frames per episode and
the eyes constantly not looking at who the person is talking too, But this OVA takes 11 steps backwards by introducing P O R N to the mix.
Only reason it doesn't get a zero because it was funny ironically.
No spoilers because there aren't any.
Well well well, what can you except from specials like this, fanservice, fanservice and more fanservice.
If you like it, well, feel free to watch it, i honestly enjoyed the first special way more than the other, but we all know why this choice. (Fanservice is good).
We all know that these specials will get a better overall score than the anime itself and i think that is not a good thing but fanservice will always be fanservice... i think?
Apart every joke we can do about it, they are ok, i am not a person into no sense story and ton
of fanservice but if you do, well, that's it.
