PLOT 1/10

The ending of season 1 was quite unexpected. It was a great cliffhanger that made everyone speculate how the story would continue after 4 of the most pivotal characters of the show seemingly get killed. Disappointingly, nothing happens. None of them died. Welcome to my review of AldNoOne Dies Season 2. Did I mention that none of the main characters die? None of them die. Seriously. The only thing that dies is the plot, and this review will be my morbid attempt at describing the dead carcass that is "the plot" read more

A mecha show like Aldnoah Zero isn’t without controversy. They say controversy creates attention, and honestly, it’s a bit of an understatement with this show. From the way the first season concluded, one could not help but wonder how they will craft the contents for the sequel. It should be no surprise that many viewers will wonder the fate of our main protagonists (such as Inaho and Asseylum), the state of the war, and what’s in stored for Slaine. Every now and then there comes a title that manages to do the impossible. Without logic or reason it somehow leaves its steady course of mediocrity and nose dive face first into a sea of stupor, which results in a script so idiotic it transcends shit writing to become unintentionally funny. This my friends gives rise to what we of the general populace refer to as B-movie entertainment. A rare form of nonsense that takes immense talent to make worse but results in comedic gold. With that said Aldnoah.Zero is that rare kind of gem. Not only did it start off with a bang but read more

With how much I loved season one, I was so excited for season 2 to start. Please, I'm begging you, do not watch season two. Stop at episode 12 of season one. Season two will ruin the entire experience for you. No matter how much you love season one, don't do it. Just don't. Anyway, on to the review:

STORY:
Basically, they take the entire ending of season one, take everything back, and then proceed to stop all over the plot and tear it apart, piece by piece. It's a mess. I'm honestly so upset with hoe bad this was.

ART:
It's almost like they forgot how to read more
