Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate

Anime that feature clubs that to normal students serves no purpose but for the actual club members serves as a place to belong. Both Anime also have a nice style. 

Both series has similar character designs and the main male protagonists have similar personalities. The feeling and atmosphere of both series are also similar and has school life theme involving drama, comedy, romance. And of course, both series has characters of stark personalities. 

if angel beats combine action and sol/drama but you want some extra romance, then koi choco would be a great choice. since it combine sol/drama with a lot of love. but less action though... 

School Anime's dealing with student councils and voting processes to some degree. 

Both anime have a high school setting that is more similar to a company or even a country rather than an actual school. They also focus on politics (if you could call it that) and human drama. Chocolate does have a bigger focus on romance though, it's also a bit more light hearted. 

Some dose of romance and drama. Well-balanced in both series. In both series, there is a group of students that fight to protect something. Both series give off similar warmth. 

These two anime, while having a very different plot (one being about a boy thrown into a world of magic, the other being about an election), share some key concepts that would draw viewers of one to the other. First off, both anime are centered around one boy for whom a large majority of the girls show an affection for. The boy, however, seems to be completely clueless about what his friends think about him behind his back. If your one of the people who likes these kinds of things, then this is an anime for you. Secondly, while at first glance both seem as if they were made just for the reason of fan service, both have a good restrain on how far this service goes and also have a somewhat captivating story to go along with it. Third, It's hard to truly hate any of the characters. Something that bothers me about some anime similar to these is the hate that I begin to create for some of the characters because they're just there to keep the main character and his love interest from getting together. The other character's in these anime are nowhere near as flat as some(no double meaning...) and I have really grown to appreciate the pieces that they bring to the story. Although not extremely well known, Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is definitely worth the short amount of time you will have to put into the watching of the series. I came out very satisfied with the conclusion, and look forward to other anime of the same style that are done as well as this anime has been done. read more 

The plot is completely different but both have a childhood friend in love with the main character as well as the main character devotion to them, so if you like that sort of romance I would suggest watching both of them. Both have a school setting and uniform. 11eyes: drama, action, violence, supernatural, and romance: this is a little bit more extreme in its romance and violence - includes more romance than chocolate Chocolate: drama, romance: this is more about the school club but then concentrates more on romance later in the series 

In both Tears and Koi groups of people are living their carefree lives until a problem occurs that endangers their group of friends. In each of the anime they decide to fight back and make a stand at what first seems impossible with even some of the group loosing hope but they persevere to the end without giving an inch. In each the groups find friends and allies in different kinds of people whether it be for the good or bad only time will tell. At certain points in each of the anime one or multiple characters make rash or reckless decisions that affect them severely but they overcome each problem not as one but as a group helping each other accomplish what he or she could not on their own. read more 

Similarities: • A happy-go-lucky comedy with something darker underneath. • Characters with traumas in their pasts, and who are struggling to deal with it in their own ways. • Certain similar events taking place (it's hard to explain this without spoilers) • Foreshadows the mystery and darkness early, then dials it back to gradually sneak it back in later • Both have music composed by Elements Garden Dissimilarities: • Where Grisaia's underlying plot is more believable, Koi to Senkyo to Chocolote is more absurd. • KoiChoco is more plot driven, GnK is more character driven • Lots of fan service in GnK, not so much in KoiChoco.

Overall, they are both well-executed adaptions of eroge visual novels with a comedy bent. As well, they have a main love interest that is indicated to get with the main character, though it is not fully confirmed within the show.  

Firstly, the uniforms are pretty much the same so that's 50% similarity right there. Both anime feature school clubs that don't really have a clear purpose. GJ-bu is basically Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate without any of the drama. Just a bunch of people chilling out. 

Both stories are romantic oriented, dealing with characters traumatic experiences, loneliness, familiar conflicts, friendship and love triangles are highly recurring themes. Also the main characters share some similarities, though White Album 2 has darker personalities, while those from Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate are light hearted. Great comedic/happy moments, as well as heavy sentimental changes, same feeling through the whole storylines. 

I know the majority of people who will be reading this will have watched and enjoyed the great storyline of Suzamiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Until recently, I hadn't really realized how similar Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is to it. Similarities are: First, the two share very likeable, male and female protagonists. The only major difference is that the two in Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate share a strong attraction to each other that the viewer can see clearly. Second, neither of the clubs that have been created for a legitimate reason, but the club members are very passionate about what they do and sacrifice a lot in order to support it. Third, it's hard to dislike characters in either of them. What I find when watching anime is that there is always at least one character than I cannot stand at all. In these two anime, this is not the case, for every character is developed in some way, and they are developed well. Both of these are wonderfully done anime, and I fully enjoyed watching both of them. What makes Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate unique compared to is the love. If love stories and Haruhi are your thing, Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is an anime for you. read more 

If you enjoyed Kokoro Connect's serious, yet light-hearted approach to the bonds between friends, you'll prob enjoy this. 

Romance - Check Jealous Childhood friend - Check Good soundtrack - Check Dissimilarities: Maken-ki has Action and Ecchi as extra genre, Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is more into the romance and drama genre while Maken-ki is more into Ecchi and Action genre. Though both are quite good ^_^ 

Similarities: Both have the same drama, harem and romance genre. Both muchacho's (male lead) have childhood friends. Both anime has the same setting where the place that's dear to them are threated for abolition. Dissimilarities: One is set in a school club, while the other is set in a dormitory. One has a extra comedy genre, while the other relies greatly on the drama genre. In one anime the muchacho (male lead) doesn't have a male best bud, while the other has one. One have a sad ending while the other.......we'll find out after the anime is over. 

Both TV series have basically the same idea - a group of outcasts (in BakaTest it is Class F, while in KoiChoko it is a "useless" club) trying to fight for their rights and make the situation better. 

Though different at first, they still have a lot in common: they both have something to chew (fanservice and romance) and something to digest (economics in Wolf & Spice, politics and human psychology in KoiChoco). Learning through watching your favourite anime? Oh easy ^^ 

Both Anime are based around school clubs that are at the risk of disbanding at various. The clubs are places where people really do nothing majorly important either. 

Both series features a school life setting where the main protagonist meets many students forming various bonds with them. Both series features elements of romance as well as comedy. However, drama plays a dominant theme in both of these series that defines what school life is like. Both series main protagonist has several friends of the opposite sex that has some interest in him. Both series also has many clubs throughout its school setting.

If you like shows about clubs and school activities but you also like seeing a bit of romance and character development, Special A and Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate are in a similar league. They're both cute, funny and light-hearted without being superficial. The characters and storyline are a bit different for the two, but the overall feel of the anime are very similar. 

School-based romance anime that go (for the most part) beyond cliches into more interesting territory. For KoiChoco, it's the unique setting and eccentric secondary cast, as well as the ever-present backdrop of political intrigue. For Toradora!, it's a fairly realistic and convincing development of the main cast, which is comprised of likeable characters with strong personalities. Both anime are harem-ish, but are tasteful enough to avoid the stereotypically negative connotations of having a story centered around one guy and many girls. In particular, both include a strong (and very similar) relationship between two of the main heroines. I highly recommend both titles as they are a fresh take on a fairly stale genre.  read more 

The male protagonist solves the issues of five main heroines one by one and ends up with one of them. Similar school and club setup, in fact, there aren't many differences in terms of story and development beyond slightly differing settings. KoiChoco is set in a huge student-run school with an absurdly powerful student council being the driving force for plenty of politics and everything sinister associated. Clannad is set in a more standard high school / suburban town, but throws in supernatural and existential elements. There are a lot of similarities in the scenarios that exist in each series, since real life only gives so many ways of making that emotional impact happen. From childhood friends with past events that haunt them to sister-love-competition dynamics to accidents which lead to comas, it's all very much the same. Ultimately though, both anime are pulled through by their solid execution of their premises (as well as an interesting and likeable cast), and they are both very much worth a watch.  read more 

Both anime's sertting taken place at school and the characters are both in a Club & eat snack all the time.......cheerful character with awesome art. But k on is more of a music & comedy with 0 romance and senkyo is more of romance, harem & drama kind of anime
