| Starting at around 8:30am PST on May 14th, 2009, MAL will go in to maintenance mode while we move our web and database servers to CraveOnline's datacenter. We expect to have everything online within 4 hours. I apologize for the inconvenience, but just think of the extra time you'll have to watch anime during the down time. :) Update: There are still some problems with the database configuration. Please be patient while we try to correct them. |

| Was at school during this, online when I got home. :) I do have a few problems though, hopefully it's just me. One is that the list updates I did yesterday evening (couple of hours after the move) was gone today. It was only a few episodes, so no biggie, but still. The other is that the site is extremely slow and occasionally gives SQL errors. I'm also unable to edit episode numbers in my list. Hopefully just temporary problems caused by the move. |

| Very nice news, moving to better servers. But I noticed that now there are lots of delays when using the forums. For example when I write something I have to refresh the page six or seven times (or wait for like one minute before refreshing it) before I can see my post in the thread or the edit I made in a post. Is it just a little mishap? |
