Augh no I've wanted to go to Kumoricon since 07'!! But for some stupid reason I am always busy/no one will take me. Have you ever been?
Thank you! Really it means a lot to me. I haven't had the easiest time identifying as asexual and I try to educate people on the issue of acephobia as much as possible but obviously it isn't always met with understanding and acceptance (especially online where it's easier for people to be cruel because there is no direct human contact.)
Happiness of the Katakuris is like...the only Miike film I haven't seen lol. It's at the top of my list though! Maybe I'll watch it today...
Yeah I saw Marebito a really long time ago and I think it scared the shit out of me. And of course, I LOVE Ju-On. But I think I've watched it too many times because late at night I always think I see strands of long, black hair in my peripheral vision. It's seriously terrifying.

:D YES I absolutely adore Audition. The last 15 minutes of that movie are terrifying because you don't really see it coming...at least I didn't see it coming lol. Like, you would never accept such an "innocent" seeming woman to saw off someone's feet with a wire saw. And that's what makes it so awesome. What's your favorite of Miike's?

Hi, hehe. I remember the thread/poll you made about what people eat and told me about soy curls(?) and some vegan cheese. It's really incredible how predictable people's defensive reactions are. If I didn't know better, I'd think all non-veg/etari/ans got together and decided to all have the same talking points. It's like a bad parody.
