blueberryboat | 06-27-08, 6:31 AM I'm not much of a bike enthusiast or whatever. I just switched from a car to a bike because it's cheaper and healthier (for me and everyone else). Right now I'm riding a Breezer town bike that's really comfortable and European looking. I'm thinking of picking up one of those electric hybrid bikes for longer distances than work and the grocery store though. I don't care how much tolerance I had to build up to eat cheese. It is just that delicious, and soy cheese is a pathetic imitation. Also, soymilk, while amazing on it's own, doesn't work well with breakfast cereal. I keep my guilt in check by only buying dairy from Trader Joe's and I like to imagine that they get milk from cows that are on vacation or at the very least live very happy cow lives when not having their nipples squeezed.
