Plus I don't want to end up seeing both this and Bakemonogatari being crap because Shinbo is doing too much (assuming he directs them both) or because Shaft has to outsource it. If we assume the break-even point for the volume 2 to be 5,000, the total profit will be (26,479 + 34,986 - 20,000) x (3,470 - 420) + (11,144 - 5,000) x 4,725 = 155,498,650 yen Enough to produce 15 episodes. |
