Summoner Monk is a little slow for the deck, the quick plus one is nulled by the attack restriction that Falcon must face (unless you have a facedown limit reverse.) You already know how Card Trooper is. Gale doesn't really work in synergy with the rest of the deck, just kinda there to be there with his effect and synchro alternatives. Its not like the BW synchros are that superb that they are needed in the deck. You could have more options in the deck and extra deck by substituting maybe something along the lines of +1'ing/more synergy.
I'll get back to you as my suggestions are, I'm having Dewloren in mind at the moment, just thinking of what waters, perhaps a 2nd snowman eater.
