| The insert songs were glorious, the animation (from what I could tell on Keyhole) looks good, and the story, while nothing great, might turn out to be pretty decent in the end. At least for what it's trying to do. This was my most anticipated show for winter and so far I'm more than happy with it. |

This certainly did not disappoint in the aliens department. What I mean is the following spoiler About the fan service, well whether you like or not it’s in the spoiler (NSFW) Hibiki in the following,  Looks terrible! What she has suffered in the spoiler http://myanimelist.net/anime/529/Saikano in regards to the intensity of the blood in drama in this series. Very much something in a long time I have seen The anime does not shy away from death in the spoiler  My first emotions go to her death in this first episode. HARD SHIT! The anime also has interesting moves like in the spoiler Overall this may be the most serious alien stuff since Saikano and other animes that I have not seen in a while regarding this genre. Blue Drop: http://myanimelist.net/anime/2964/Blue_Drop:_Tenshitachi_no_Gikyoku was not bad either in that but the manga is more what I referrer to. The anime was not as intense as the manga itself. This being said. I am totally WTF, O_O and TT_TT in just one episode. OMG that is terrific entertainment reactions IMO. This shit is not for the faint of heart. | The story seems to much like a Mahou Shoujo, the powers themselves and transformations seem this way too. The Noise, they just creep up out of the blue with little warning and people are actually killed by them in this anime, Tachibana nearly got killed in the first attack and Kanade got killed in a last ditch attempt to repel the noise. Insert songs were all great and whoa wtf is Tachibana transforming into. I do want the next episode for sure. If anything this will prepare me for AKB0048 because from the synopsis, this anime will be similar to it except with AKB0048 replace aliens as the enemy with the military and possibly a deeper story. |

| WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?! OK, they are fighting some kind of aliens by singing. Singing while fighting. Then this Kanade girl died singing. SHIT! And Hibiki goes berserk. WTF! Well this show maybe the most interesting one so far in this season. I think I'll observe some more episodes. I like musics in this. Minami x Nana did not disappoint me. Animation looks decent for this type of anime. But I'll ask for better if it expects better than 7/10. But damn, I hate the story paces. Too much of highs&lows, it's tiresome to watch. I'm not sure I'm making sense. This episode makes my brain spin. |

| What the actual fuck did I just watch. I nearly cried when Kanade died because even with so little screen time she was fantastic. Tsubasa was completely useless in that fight; if she'd been more competent then Kanade may have not died ¬_¬ |

| A mix of Macross, a mahou shoujo, and Muv Luv...quite a fucking show. I have a funny feeling this will be one of the best shows of the season and will be the unexpected hit of the season. I hope that in another 12 weeks my words don't bit me in the ass. I guess we shall see how this turns out. |

| Actually this episode was not bad. Maybe Hibiki would be dead if she didn't got saved by Kanade that's what they show in the beginning, but nothing much you can say in the first episode. Hibiki awaked her power and she can't control over it. She used the same suit as Kanade. What I can see here that Kanade used that song to saved that girl by transfering over her power to Hibiki that what I can only see and destroy all Noisy. |

| Not bad first episode even that the timing was kinda bad between all the ups and down i like it,the story looks interesting animation looks good(it looks like there is going to be a lot of blood and dismemberment for what i heard) and the OST its pretty good (Mizuki Nana so of course :D). Best one so far I am looking forward for next episode to see crazy Hibiki! |

| This show is about as chaotic as Guilty Crown with the plot being a complete mess with not really know WTF is going on most of the time. HOWEVER, it's already ten times better, because at least there's no Shou Ouma making the show a complete disaster. But besides the Shou thing. The first episode was really epic with the shit happening, people dieing, the singing, the action, and all the rest. They need to take things down a notch and let us in on the big secret. Good Job Satelight; this show has my attention with that first episode. Now show me what you got in the next few episodes so you can keep it. I really would like to be able to understand what I'm watching. |

| zzZzz.. totally lost most of my interest in this anime when they killed off Kanade for Hibiki... im pretty biased with appearances for the characters in this anime, and really.. the tradeoff is horrible.. everything else is alright or good, however.. not liking how the main characters aren't the "cool" type.. except for Tsubasa of course. the music is ehh.. only insert song that i found good or great was when Kanade sang that song which sacrificed her life for Hibiki.. i'll look forward to the next episode, hope something great happens if not.. then ehh... |

| I had no clue what i was about to watch when saw this i don't even know what happened but i felt sad half way though then these Nose people come out of no were killing everyone left me kinda speechless and then one of the girl's who i thought was a MC dies?! And this is the reason why I give every new series a try (next ben-to of the season? besides the comedy). |

| yes YES OH YES!!! i just animegasmed all over the the first episode. well looks like people die when they are killed. i honestly thought they were going to kill hibiki when that girl was crying on her grave cause she died going to the concert that they were suppose to have gone together. I thought Miku was going to be the one fighting the Noise but that soon changed when she survived. anyways good show, old chaps |
