| Ahh this is my kind of thread, I am always looking for this sort of anime, when I have no luck I just go for the non-school oriented ones even if it has younger characters, is refreshing not to see a story line based in teenage school life! so you will find plenty in my list, some "college setting kind of feeling" that come to mind: death note elfen lied golden boy (oldy, funny in a pervy way but no pretty animation) Hana yori Dango (oldy looks again, very girly story) Itazura na Kiss (oldy AND girly again... they start in High school but they grow up) Ristorante Paradiso (girlish/gayish... sorry I am a girl!!!) |

| Usagi Drop Ai Yori Aoshi and i'm not quite sure but the characters in Basquash! are not in highschool.... Cronologicaly wiht all the flashbacks and stuff, they should be arround 17-18 the youngest.... with the exeption of Coco and Flora who should be around 15.... I'm quite amazed no one said those so far. |
| Love Hina has several main characters around the 18-25 range aiming for College. The characters also get older throughout the manga. Theres also Psycho-Pass where all the characters are at least 20 years old. And Fate/Zero, pretty much all of the contestants are adults. |
