| I love how this anime is telling its story. The kinda confusing backstory first, and then the clarification as the episode moves on. And the visuals are amazing! |

| YES. I loved it. Tons of spunk. They even threw in a bit of story!! Though not as spunky as the OVAs. I love Koto! And Kugimiya Rie's boyish voice is lovely. |

| some answers! yay! but the way they represent the past, i like it in the ONA so much better. that last episode of the 2012 ONA was just great. more of showing rather than telling. this one just adds details to the ONA and next episode is about the Shrine. one feature they havnt explored so much..... i wonder how that same Inari can be in Koto's dimension. did he reincarnate into the same person or what |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| I have not watched anything else related to this series and this blew my mind! That Soundtrack, that animation, that really interesting and unique plot. If it stays as good as this episode was this will be my anime of the year easily. |

| And with this episode, this is my favorite anime of the season right now. The music is absolutely fantastic and they made such a cute little family. I haven't watched any of the OVAs though or anything. I did watch episode 0, which is apparently a recap of the OVAs? I think I understood most things in this episode, but would watching the other stuff make things clearer? |

What hasn't been properly recapped yet are the 5 ONAs but I get the feeling the season will cover them. In any case, they're still very much worth watching especially now that you've seen episode 00 and 01. They'll make sense and it'll help piece together the puzzle that is Kyousougiga. |

| Wait I'm a little confused as to why everyone's calling the monk inari? I guess it's possible that he's the reincarnated (original) Myoue but I was thinking that [new]Koto was [new]Myoues dad instead of Inari. but that's just based off of the scene in ONA episode when Koto talks about the beginning and the end just like the [old]Myoue told to[new]Myoue in the dream flashback this episode. also, damn! Why everybody gotta have the same freaking name?! [EDIT: actually, Seeing Inari being refereed to as a fox and the rumours of [old]Myoue being half fox or something like that.. maybe both him and [new]koto are the monk |

In buddhism, when someone becomes a monk, he/she will be given a new name or "title" ( I don't know if it's really like this in japan, but I think it works in the same way). And that's how Yakushimaru became the new "Myoue". So "Inari" is maybe his real name or maybe a title or maybe someone else. But I don't think Koto is his "dad". No matter how I like at it, Koto is a girl, and it looks like Myoue will develop romantic feeling for her. |

| Finally we get to see an account of the back story of the three siblings who are shown having a meeting in ep.0 and who is the "Koto" mother they are referring to. |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Looks like I found my favorite anime of this season. Everything is great - visuals, sounds, story is interesting (though not sure in which direction it is heading), also it does make sense (was afraid that I'd just be all over the place, glad this isn't the case). Oh and it reminds me of Tatami Galaxy :o) |

| Wow, I'm surprised at how much more I enjoyed this than the OVA/ONAs. Came in expecting random happy-go-lucky fun. I'm amazed at how good it was while becoming so much more serious. I actually hope it keeps like this... reminds me vaguely of FLCL, with a mysterious girl hunting someone across galaxies/dimensions and the utter randomness, while occasionally becoming serious. I wouldn't mind some of the randomness from before, but I definitely hope it keeps this seriousness as well. |
| 4/5 While not following the ONA, this did not alter with the beginning of the animated series, which has already given from the start, with this first episode test to be quite clear as texture. Although the story was funny, I had a feeling of sadness in certain situations. Character special design and color design are really nice kit from the story, which is quite smooth. : D I hope it proves a production with a certain thickness! Belle also the BGM! * _ * For now I'll stop on a 4/5 as a vote! ^ _ ^ |
