| Awesoooome. I just finished rewatching season 1 right before I watched this episode and I think that gave just the right effect. Definite 5/5, a great start to the series & I can't wait for ep 2 now :D Very nice OP as well. |

| This episode definitely started the season right, giving just enough here and there to make me really look forward to the next episode -- Allelujah in cell, new Lockon to join the team, not to mention more of the new Setsuna and Tieria? I'm there. (Also, I couldn't help but laugh a bit at Sumeragi in bed: "Gun ... dam ...?" Hello, hangover.) |

In all seriousness the entire episode did not make much sense to me yet .. so i guess i should probably watch 1st season again to get back in the gundam 00 story. | It looks like Setsuna improved his piloting skills, his movements looked a lot better than they did back in s1. BGM was great. Seravee is so fucking ugly, a face on the back of a gundam, seriously? I was hoping that was a weird angle when I saw the designs before. D: Ribbons is way too fabulous. I'm liking the Zeta-like set up. edit: They didn't show Patrick, Europe's top ace! D: |

| I can't get over how much better a start Gundam had over Code Geass R2. I suppose I'll miss Karen's boobs, but Gundam 00 is definitely the better end of the deal. I haven't built a gundam model since 02, but I really hope I can get a PG or MG of that busted ass Exia Jacut said: Hmmm this new season starts off exactly like the end of the first (not really good), keeping mainly the bad parts of Gundam 00. Why not just skip it, I don't know what kind of interweb-cred being a "gundam specialist" gets you, but if you're gonna start not liking it from episode 1 there's really no point in you being here. Honestly, being a "gundam specialist" sounds like the most retarded thing I've ever read. Although if you've found some magic job that pays you to know everything gundam, where do I send my resume? I wouldn't mind learning everything gundam if I got payed for it. |

| Hurray for possible non-UC character rez number 4... And by hurray I mean booooo... And while I am at it, the new Virtue looks atrocious. (well at least design wise, since the animation quality is beyond awesome) Overall the best part of this episode is Grahm walking around with an epic mask, something the Original season was always missing: the iconic gundam masked man. |

I wouldn't get your hopes up on those two being alive, the new op was a mix of season 1 and season 2. They had Neil (Lockon #1) in the op too and he's been confirmed dead more times than I can count (Christy/Lichty have actually been confirmed dead too). |

| Great 1st episode, really enjoyed it. I was a bit surprised to see that Louise is now related to Livonse, I wonder to what extent. Same with Liu Mei (this one was probably the part that surprised me the most). |

| This was just amazing. I honestly belevive that this is the start of the best gundam series jet! Exia looked amazing. But I was kinda hoping for someone else to pilot it upgrade it and have use another GN drive. I was kinda expecting more from Sadji's first meeting with a Gundam pilot. Oh well next episode we see the next Lockon Stratos! Can't wait for the next ep of gundam 00! |
