Have you watched 'I Want to Believe' - the X-Files movie released last year? I liked 'Fight the Future' (1998) better, but still, pretty good stuff.
Even though I have only seen 2 episodes, based on the reviews and what I had seen I thought it definitely seemed worth buying on DVD - I just got the series earlier this week, so now I can finally watch it! Usually when it comes to anime I watch the Japanese version, I think English dubs have really improved over the years, but I love the sound of the Japanese language, and things sound more 'profound' to me in Japanese than English for some reason. I had heard that the Baccano English dub was good though, because of the characters' accents, so I thought I'd check it out in English - even though I love listening to Japanese voices, subtitles are distracting, so I am trying to check out more English dubs these days. I'll have to watch some episodes in Japanese though now to check out Firo, Issac & Miria :)

I'm just confused on what I want to do, I don't even know why I came back, it's not for the members that's for sure..
I don't think that a bunch of 14 year old kids who spend most of their time watching anime will help me get through anything.

The X-Files is awesome, I used to watch it when I was younger, I still haven't seen the final season though, I need to get around to it one of those days!
I've only seen the OVA but I read that Rurouni Kenshin was good up to episode 62? I actually watched the OVA twice in one week haha, I liked it the first time, but wasn't really blown away by it so I decided to rewatch it, and I enjoyed it a lot more the second time around.
I've only watched two episodes of Baccano so far, I'm watching the English dub and I'm really, really liking the little I've seen, so now I'm impatiently waiting for the last DVD volume to be released in my region (21st of this month), because I want to have the full series before I start watching again, so I can marathon watch it over a weekend :D
