| Perhaps i just can't appreciate it. It was tragic with Lyle and Anew. However, it just doesn't make sense. It was obvious she was a innovator. I would have left her behind on day one. So I guess it just seems foolish... Shouldn't Tieria be able to talk to R. Also they lied they know the location of Veda because R knows it. |

| Their secret weapon: Haro. As it looks like Ribbons can control other Innovators, that's why Anew did what she did as the end there. This could be a problem with Louise later if she is now an Innovator. As for Tieria and Regene talking to eachother, I looks like there is some limit to how far they can be. |
| I'm rewatching the series on Syfy and they just showed this ep on Monday. God, how did I forget that Anew died? o_O So sad, but I guess the Dalandys are just unlucky. |

| This episode almost made me sad. Even though I dislike this pairing, Lockon II is just so in love with Anew... and even Anew really loves him gahh~ It's just that Ribbons controlled her all this while~ But I like Setsuna's firmness. And Louise... if she's an Innovator, she'll have problems in the future ugh >__> |

| setsuna tries to get everyone back together but hes such a martyr for all of them. i lol'd when revive was like ah she fucked up because of her feelings since she was made a woman. gotta love the surprises in this show. and that was really sad. i didnt really care for anew and i dont like lockon take II very much either but heavy drama is always welcome. |

| Well, It wasn't too sad for me. I knew something like this is going to happen. What I disliked is that ending song was way out of place there. That song doesn't have any sad or epic feeling, no matter what version they use, not to mention that this song alone feels to be too "low budget". |

| I never liked Anew. She was just meh to me. But, I felt really bad for Lyle. I know he kind of overreacted but love is what drove him crazy. I'm not in the mood for writing sappy stuff. I loved Setsuna.Even though he's in love with his Gundam, he's awfully good at helping with human-human relationships. And that emotionless look on his face as Lyle pounded him just broke me. I watched the Eng dub and Lyle's screams WILL haunt me. |
| That lacked impact for me. Anew hsould have been introduced before and had more development. It was clear as daylight that she was an Innovator and that she would die. Meh. Ribbons jumped the shark for me as a villain long ago. He's too powerful, and is never hurt by anything. It feels so clichee also because I know that everything will be solved in the last 5 minutes of the show and then it will be all rushed. |

| I'm still not sure if Anew really betrayed CB or Ribbons just took control over her. I'm guessing it was her who betrayed CB, but when Lyle tried to bring her back at the end she was going to until Ribbons took over. Both of Lyle's breakdowns (when he was trying to shoot at her but let her escape and at the end) were very deep and compelling for me. He was always cool, but I hadn't come to like him nearly as much as Neil because, until now, he was kind of just "there." Not much development or impact, y'know? This episode changed that a lot. I also watched the English dub and Lyle's voice acting was just... INCREDIBLE. I mean, this series has a fantastic dub - I love all of the voice acting - but Lyle's sobbing was so intense... especially during his breakdowns. Setsuna has grown to be surprisingly level-headed. Despite having no romantic experience of his own and seemingly no interest in it either (kind of hard to tell how he feels about Marina, though the fact he keeps thinking about her has to mean something), he's wise in the ways of the heart. Him standing there and letting Lyle beat him, taking his anger out on him, then just patting his back afterwards... respect to this guy. Despite everything, I didn't cry - though I did get a bit teary eyed in the final scene. Usually these things bring me to tears easily, but alas. It was both very depressing and touching, regardless. |

| You know what guys? in my opinion, i think the relationship of a Innovator and human (LylexAnew) is more interesting than a human and human (SajixLouise) relationship, it's always the same shit. And that moment really touched me for once. I don't know what you guys see in Saji, he not much of a interesting character for me apart that it took until NOW for him to change and Louise...Guess she turning into a crazy psychopath yay :D. | Felt bad for them... But I'm just hoping that Louise and Saji don't end up the same way. God, there is seriously way too much hating on this thread. Next week it seems Setsuna will become an Innovator while fighting Graham, if the preview is any indication. And everyone who predicted Lyle and Anew would survive... | Poor Lyle. I always feel sad whenever men cry. :c But although I feel for him, I wasn't really that affected by Anew's death/their separation either. Although they supposedly love each other, I actually didn't really feel it. Sure they showed scenes of them talking and sleeping together and eventually Lyle confessing, but it all felt lacking and came out of nowhere so I didn't really get a sense of realism as far as the depth of their feelings and relationship go. :p |

| It was a sad episode content wise, but yeah, I didn't cry either. I liked Anew, but she wasn't really that developed as a character, neither did she have much screen time, so I didn't feel much for her death. Instead, I felt for Lyle in the end, who cried and hit Setsuna. But if you think about it rationally, Anew was always going to be able to be controlled by Ribbons. I mean I guess they could've find some way to destroy that connection, but I doubt it'd be easy, or even possible. It is painful for Lyle, and everyone who was in the room, to see him break down. Also, is Louise somehow connected to Ribbons...? That's kind of odd. But now we know what her medication is for. It'd easier to see now why she is so focused on getting revenge and not caring for her future. |
| Damn, the original thread really was removed... I guess people were sperging hard lol. I concur that Anew had little screentime, still her death was touching to me. This show has truly knows how to make a death memorable. Lyle's reaction was also great. Setsuna had no other choice (the Ribbons-controlled Anew was going for the kill and Lyle's MS was immobilized) and this makes the entire situation more poignant. |
| A perfectly integrated ending song with Lyle's scene. I dindn't like very much anew, but seeing Lockon's reaction to her death was painful,primarly his scream. Setsuna is becoming a martyr for the sake of his friends, how strong of him. |

| Huge character development for raiser haro, he bested against an innovator perfectly lol XD OK ribbons got my attention as a villain, he's been doing many heinous shit since season 2 but since the 2nd part of this season, he's way out of league. He's corrupting Louise and sending her as brain washed soldier after the last episode event and now he literally stopped anew from returning to lyle and pushed her to the point of setsuna shooting her!!! Yeah ribbons deserve to be gone.💢💢 The ending transition was beyond perfect (Ｔ▽Ｔ) |
