The anime butchered everything into a mess and put emphasis on shit that was just passing panels. The hamburger scene was like one frame in the manga. |

And we will, no matter the result, muahah. I sure hope that if they're actually going to cover the rest of the story, they'll give this at least 20 episodes like e.g. Nisekoi had. That'd be reasonable. I don't think they will, but I could see it happen. They obviously just wanted to reach white haired Kaneki as soon as possible as that development made the series so popular, so maybe they'll be taking their time now. Or so the TG fan inside of me hopes. |

I suspect that the sequel will have 12 episodes too, so a very good part of the story will be butchered. If you are impressed so far you should really keep on reading, it gets even better later on. |

| I'll probably watch the 2nd season but only to see some of my favorite scenes animated. That's all. I won't be expecting anything. After reading a few chapters.. the manga is a whole lot better than the anime. |

| Wasn't expected for it to be one stone for two birds. Though many thinks that the anime was BS, if you could analyze the great effort than for the directing, it was pretty good! Though scenes that was prioritized wasn't the best of all the scenes that was supposed to be adapted into an anime. Really loved both the manga and anime! I praised Studio Pierrot for cooperating with the TG's Pierrot. I was expecting for an anime sequel then after a manga one. :D |
