Honestly those two series are pretty unique so it's hard find works of similar quality.
Ryohgo Narita the author of Baccano does have other series in a similar style. Durarara!!, Etsusa Bridge and Vamp! The first has already had an anime and it's books have been licensed by YenPress. The other two haven't to my knowledge.
For Re:Zero there a lot of works with a similar basic premise, but I can't think of any of them that have gone in the same direction. Most isekai stories are easy just wishfillment tripe. There are a few that stand out above the norm and go in a different way like Re:Zero does such as Kumo desu ga, Nani ka? Give that one a try.
