Well, it's good that his writing greatly improved. Zaregoto is basically twenty years old series, from the era when Haruhi was considere the peak of light novels. Katanagatari and Monogatari series that were made later are both god damn masterpieces.

Yeah, my favourite part is still volume 2, after that it slowly became more and more confusing, degrading into actually concept. The beginning was fine, I really like the author and it has some potential, but I'm still turn between my current score (7) and a lower one. I feel it became a bit too abtract, in a way that as a script for a visual medium it would result in entertaining work but as a novel it struggled to keep my attention.

I thought you have watched the anime lol. Very worth watching and the soundtracks are something you can't miss. Misaki was more realistic in the Manga though.

Easily VN. Manga was only 40% material of the VN, but I have read the Manga first which made me interested in Umineko.

I see. I'm not interested in N.H.K other medium though. Whenever I had a really hard time I will just rewatch the anime itself. However I have read the N.H.K manga as it was different from the anime. Didn't really suit me.

Counted it as a VN. Did try to find for that LN but I couldn't get that so it was counted as a VN instead. Same thing I did for Fata Morgana.

The light novel version is publishing in Japan and its nearly done but the original source, which is the web novel is done and I read that after catching up with the light novel portion that was released in English although the translations for the web novel are rougher and the LN version does have some changes that I'll follow up on as more English volumes are officially released.

MT is a web novel originally that was published online, and then became a light novel in Japan a couple years later with proper editing, extra chapters that are meant to be released as books and not just chapters published online like the web novel.

I must've mistaken it for the manga cause mal doesn't have a separate list for light novels and manga, but I did remember reading the first two volumes of Gosick LN so yeah lol

Honestly, I didn't feel like those two fights were great, the series has much better ones. If I had to choose I'd go with Sanji, but because of the character exploration rather than the action itself.

I don't mind the style (I like it actually, OP alwas had some cartoonish aesthetics in a good way), but the quality of drawing in general, I feel like it used to be more detailed while now some action scenes feel more.. scribbly? For dozens of chapters now. But it could be just the change from redrawn volumes to magazine scans.

I really hope it's ridiculous as in "silly". Toon Force Luffy is something I didn't expect but am ready for.
