Plain Jane steals the heart of a known ikemen with a respective womanizer reputation. Both animes have one character who's head over heels over the other while the other is just mad confused, but presumably a relationship develops with some snarky energy

A princess with a loving, but slightly corrupt family is thrust into exile after a coup and must go back to reclaim the kingdom filled with corruption. Although she starts off a bit useless due to her life of luxury, she cuts off her hair and works to become more independent. She does things that go against the grain of what she's comfortable with to become strong enough on her own. (Bonus: Villain is a gorgeous, but cunning man it seems, but maybe...just maybe it's maybelline.)

Main character is reborn, and a bit too OP. They're a bit monotone, but comedic and sassy. They are raised by a loving/quirky family and still have an interesting adventure as they need to adapt to the current magical world.

Main character is isekai'ed into a magical world where they retain their memories but need to adapt using their previous neet/otaku memories and adaptability. Comedy based.

Main character is a bit of an oddball, quiet and under the impression that he's been abandoned for being a terrify being. In fact, he learns a lot about himself as well as how to interact with others. Protect at all costs. Both series are great. Music is great.

Main character is raised to be a loner because those around him are scared of him, but he's "saved" and recruited into an office to do odd jobs relating to supernatural (MC is also supernatural.) Quirky team.

Different styles of shounen, but MC is charming and generally OP. (Immortal eh?) In general action packed and great soundtrack.

Same premise where both storylines have many types of occult/supernatural beings and MC-- a unique being, is recruited to an office to deal with them.

You saw this recommendation coming right? MC and Tanjiro share the same eye color/art style. They're both surprising mature and quick to learn. You can see character development really early on. As for generic storyline similarities: Main character discovers a world beyond humans and has to learn how to deal with them. Major theme is friendship and also trying to decipher what is considered human. Great pacing and story line. High potential. Somehow it seems like a spinoff, but both series are not related.

Although they don't flaunt their skills, the main character is a potential threat to anyone and everyone near them although they don't have any malicious intent. In fact, both seem to have a slightly naive energy about them and a pure/optimistic goal ahead of them. Female lead provides adamant support when they're not fighting the main character off the battlefield. Great potential for character development, but their catchphrases get old quick. Would recommend both although they aren't high-priority shows.

In general both animes are a bit flat and nothing unique at the surface level. Main character is ridiculously OP. They each have a harem, but honestly they're just here to focus on their end goal. Great music and a nice light anime to watch. Seiyuus, staff and directing is on point. Also, minimal cliffhangers. Still enjoyable.

Male lead is OP, a little dense, and a bit of an "ostracized one" for being different despite having close knit friends. Female counter part is a tsundere, but craves male lead attention. Pretty character design and great music. Pretty same energy and if you can get past the "Onii-san" and "ISKA!", then it's actually enjoyable.

Masters who command "servants" must protect the universe from external/unavoidable doom. There are different classes and specialties-- a different history and a different path for the MC. Who would have thought "the weakest link" is carrying the weight of a world on their shoulders? Build a harem, or don't... it's the life of a hero. Neither shows are too original or especially unique, but it's filled with comedy and tsunderes.

Seems to be to the same demographic. Attractive art, interesting concept, but the plot is not too heavy/too cliff-hangery. A good light watch for some pretty faces. MC is on the bubblier, airhead side but it's nothing unbearable. Great seiyuus too

Similar to how Akagami no Shirayuki-hime is recommended, this is set in a historical period where a noble/princess is thrust from her usual conditions into a whole new world. No one will believe they will survive, but with the iconic snip of her hair MC will become strong on their own accord.

Two shows that seem like b-rated (fairly unique) plots, but are pretty intricate and relevant. Main characters fight to prevent some atrocities that keep happening. Pretty boys, inanimate objects holding real value, pretty similar overall

Both have to do with supernatural beings where MC has to get used to the new environment and are immediately known to all supernaturals due to their ancestry. Both animes have the same low priority, but interesting plot vibe to it.

Badass main character who's can be a prideful prick? Check. Modern and Good Art? Check. Action-packed fighting by main character who is a legend, but also "flawed"? Check. Both MKnRand QZGS are fantasy/magic type animes that don't try to reinvent the wheel, but still remains refreshing and intriguing. While they are sort of directed to different audiences, both elicit either a love/hate response. The side characters are surprisingly memorable and different too. QZGS's beauty is the character development and unique stories while MKnR is all about "imperfection" not being an excuse for being OP, hence the huge class divider. Bonus: Both have great OP/EDs too! BonusBonus/Sidenote: I'm not sure if this is unique, or a pro/con but McD's surely milked the opportunity to advertise on QZGS. Also, QZGS has a unique, but fairly balanced mix of CGI/3D/normal animation. Both are definitely not meant for everyone.***
