Though I'm an anime junkie at heart, I'm quite a late bloomer, as I didn't really start watching anime frequently until 2016. But I've had my earlier experiences with Studio Ghibli several years back, and even earlier back with Pokemon (although I was WAY more into the games).

My ratings on anime, films and such generally tend to be pretty forgiving, although I try to be more critical when it comes to final ratings. Still, I tend to rate quite a bit of anime in the 9 and 10 region. The reason for this is that I really only try to watch anime that I REALLY want to watch, and anything that tends to be polarizing/negative reaction-wise (Vampire Knight, Glasslip) or long form shows (Bleach, Naruto) I usually stay away from. Most anime I watch- films in particular... I love and can't bring myself to rate lower than a 10.

My rating system would go as follows:

10 - Amazing/Close To Perfection
9 - Excellent
8 - Great
7 - Good
6 - Decent
5 - Average
4 - Poor
3 - Bad
2 - Awful
1 - Kill It With Fire

My preference of language content varies. I don't tend to favor one over the other substantially. Some shows I prefer the sub (Food Wars, Blue Exorcist); others dub (My Hero Academia, Outlaw Star); some even have great merits to both sides (The Ancient Magus Bride, Barakamon).

In terms of other hobbies and interests, I can boil that down to 3 categories: Music, Movies, and Food.
