And my chest hurts, this truly is something that i was treasuring while it was going on, but now it has come to an end which truly haunted me from day 1 as im not good at bidding farewell and as now this show has come to an end, i...i...feel empty af inside. im getting all sentimental now cuz of this lmfao. truly loved it while it lasted. Bro, I just finished shogun assassination, 11/10 I'm afraid, this shit made me cry too much lmao. Like hell did ep 305 Peak so damn hard. The whole recontextualization of takasugi and gintoki's dynamic was just fucking insane. Gintoki's character was the highlight here, his rage, his fight with Takasugi, his backstory reveal, his Reunion with the yorozuya after the fight, that "I'm Sakata gintoki, Yoshida shoyo's disciple!!", These all moments just fucking squeezed my heart lmao. This arc was truly incredible in every possible aspect. A top 5 arc in all of animanga, might go even higher after a rewatch. Gintoki omfg, this dude is the actual goat bruh, he managed to Crack my top 2 just by ep 305, insane knowing that he still has some peaks left. Anyways, really glad I watched gintama. Such a wonderful journey ong. Also, gintama top 2 anime now, almost on par with monogatari and an inch above Evangelion. I'm afraid that it might even go higher considering I still have so much left. Too much Peak for me to handle, help😭 🙏. Takasugi is almost on par with meruem as my fav Shonen villain. Meruem wins by a miniscule cuz of his conclusion. But Takasugi goated nonetheless
