Lupin III : Woman Named Fujiko Mine Mini Review/Thoughts Now that I finished it

It's freaking fun guys.This installment is my gateway to the franchise, and it's a pretty good gateway if you don't want to check out the older ones. It had Fujiko meeting the other characters from scratch for the first five episodes and it was a proper reboot. This installment had a unique art style too. The series is kind of similar to Masaaki's. Each of the episodes are really fun, adventurous and sexy. Fujiko is one of the hottest anime characters I've seen and the music is dope too. Going to start ... the rest of the series that aired after this one too.

Spirited Away Mini Review/Thoughts Now that Ive seen it.

I havent watched most of studio ghibli's and miyazaki's films apart from princess mononoke and my neighbour totoro. Oh yeah and mary and the witch's flower from ponoc which i dont know if it counts.
I didnt want to watch the films in the past cause of how highly regarded miyazaki and ghibli was and I didnt want to get dissapointed because of the expectations I have right now.But after watching spirited away I dont think I have to worry about that. The film was great and the world was amazing and alive. I liked this movie ... more than the other 2(3) of the ghibli movies I've seen. The whole world of spirited away was so fucking fascinating and filled with wonders it was great.The characters were pretty good, the art,animation and music were really great. I couldnt see it as a 2001 anime man I really cant lol. I'd have to say if you want a good gateway anime to miyazaki films this would be a really good one. Is it my favourite anime movie?No, I still like a silent voice and ame yuki wolf children more.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes Mini Review/Thoughts Now that Ive completed it

This has easily become one of my favourite anime of all time if not my favourite. It is one of the best pieces of fiction ever made. Its like game of thrones but in space lol.The show is just intellegent in every way possible. The whole political aspect of the show is so deep and truthful yet not being uninteresting. How it shows the good parts and bad parts of democracy and autocracy is just brilliant. Its got the brilliant tactical mind game battles we love from shows like death note and code geass ... too. Since this is a really story and character driven anime the animation being old isnt a problem.Imo it helps the series shine even more. Yang wenli has become my favourite character of all time(this might change though depending on the mood). If theres a perfect anime then this would be that anime. It has absolutely no flaws. Some people wouldnt enjoy it as much but that would be because this anime isnt hype driven or shock value driven like code geass was. This is more like witnessing an amazing story.

Sangatsu no Lion 2 Mini Review/Thoughts now that Ive finished it

One of the most real anime Ive seen. The themes of each arc in the anime,especially the second season is brilliant and sometimes too real. The characters are lovable, the production style is artistic and the voice acting is damn good. The heartwarming parts of the anime are really heartwarming. Some of its episodes are really inspiring,especially the last episode. Sangatsu is not an anime about shogi, its an anime that has a MC whose job is a pro shogi player. Its not a sports anime but a realistic drama anime and a ... really good one. The three sisters together are some of the most hearwarming and lovable characters.
