WORK-IN-PROGRESS...! (Who am I kidding? I'll never figure this layout stuff out)
Greetings!~  Been watching anime for a greater part of my life. I think I've listed pretty much everything I've watched- ...Save alone some questionable content. No one needs to know; no one shall ever know. I prefer reading manga for the most part. I've read more manga than I have watched anime. Will I ever be able to finish listing all the manga I've ever read...? Probably not. Unfortunately for me, my career choices have made it so I hardly get any time to BREATHE, let alone watch anime or read manga. Given the chance, I'd like to immerse myself in a never-ending binge session of both, devoid of any excessive social interaction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WARNING!!! I wouldn't trust my ratings if I were you. They're pretty liberal and tend to vary with time. Having to pick my favourite series would be equivalent to having to eat one dish for the rest of my life; in other words, it's absolutely beyond me. The top 10 anime/manga I've listed are pretty random and change with time. But I suppose they're a good insight into my taste at a given point in time. I suppose I prefer non-mainstream anime (said as I continue to re-watch every episode of FMA, over and over again). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kudos, if you can recognize the original: "I am the Senpai of my Fandom Pocky is my Body and Cola is my Blood. I am from the states, Washington state specifically. If you've never been up here, it's a great place to visit, lots of natural beauty.
I've been struggling with addiction and isolation so this period of forced solitude has been a wake-up call of sorts. I quit drugs and cigarettes cold turkey a while ago, and I've been keeping my alcoholism in check (save for social situations in moderation). Before quarantine started state-side, I'd bought some equipment for a home-gym so with what little I managed to buy it's been wonders for keeping my self-esteem afloat. I've also been patching things up with family and friends and or cutting off toxic relationships with people simply not worth my time anymore. To sum up, in light of everything that has transpired last year, I've been pursuing fulfillment, I feel as if I owe it to myself and the people who are no longer with us.
I guess some things are just best left up to your imagination :3 nonetheless, I like coke <_<
I have to ask, the “Coke” in “Coke_Senpai” refers to the drink, right? ...right?
I gave up on seasonal anime since it’s recycled garbage also recently achieved platinum on Tekken 7 which brought me a great deal of joy! ^_^
I think I replied you in the topic, but it doesn't hurt to do that again here. As someone who doesn't watch a lot of dark anime, I didn't really know what to recommend at first, but Kaiba looked like something you would enjoy due to its dark themes with a different presentation. I recall there was something about the anime that bothered me, but I don't really remember what it was, so I could recommend it without even a warning, I hope you didn't find it annoying, whatever it was :P

I sincerely appreciate your recommendations;
We are in a similar boat really, I’m also pursuing new degree, however it’s in finance field. Engineering didn’t give me enough thrill. Turned out I was not as ‘excited’ about it once I got into it. Too strong of a fiery passion often times just burns and fades away, I learned to take things slowly over the years.
Hope your studies are going well, it must be hard as well; Always wanted to read manga, but given my interest in other books and literature I doubt I will ever get into it. I’m not in my 18’s anymore! Either way, I hope you are having great winter! :))
You have Drifters as your number one? I really want to watch it, but I’ve heard that ending is disappointing – too casual? Something along the lines of that.
Hellsing is also on my watchlist, just haven’t started it yet! Also, your favorites. Either way, on your profile it says ‘your career’ choices left you little time for anime or manga? Mind If I ask what are you going after, besides these PhD’s :D.
