VA of Ivankov in One Piece Anime Arrested for Indecent Exposure

According to TBS, Imamura Norio, the seiyu of Ivankov Emporio in One Piece, was arrested for the exhibition of indecent pictures. Imamura had allegedly exhibited a picture of his lower body (with the genital organ exposed) in his blog for two months. He deposed that he wanted to make a show of his whole-body tattoo, which took him ten years for completion. Imamura is running a bar for tattoo lovers in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Imamura has been on friendly terms with the author Oda Eiichiro and Tanaka Mayumi, and he is the model of Ivankov character.

After seeing the pictures here I don't think they are THAT bad especilly because he did use mosaic to cover himself up and it is a passion of his so why wouldn't he want to show that?
