Light Novel Hidan no Aria To Be Animated [Update Dec 21]

According to the cover note of the novel, Akamatsu Chugaku's light novel Hidan no Aria (Aria the Scarlet Ammo) was announced to get a TV anime adaptation.

Hidan no Aira is a gun action, school battle and love comedy novel and has been published from Media Factory since 2008. A manga adaptation has been serialized in Monthly Comic Alive since 2009.

I saw only the english title first on ANN and thought as I was clicking it, 'Could they be making a side story in Aria?!', then a pink-haired Shana appeared and I was like, whatever.

It's been announced that Kugimiya Rie will be voicing Aria and Majima Junji will be voicing Kinji.

I want that Yuka Iguchi will voice Aria, and AIC will be as animation producer, Shin Itajiki as director and Seiya Numata as character designer.

It was a super popular Light Novel that became a manga then now it's turned into an anime! wee...
It really feels good when your favorite novel or manga is turning into an anime =)

I get the feeling that Aria's seiyuu would be Rie Kugimiya =) since the plot and her attitude matches well with other of Rie Kugimiya's roles...

idk y people are already beating this anime down and throwing it into some dumpster. i will only watch it if rie is doing the main voice. if not then i probably wont watch it. im just a huge rie kugimiya fan.
