Singer-Songwriter milet Announces Hiatus

milet expressed in her statement that she has been continuously working since her debut without taking an extended break. "I have been running without a proper rest for a long time since my debut. At this point, I would like to take a break for a while," she stated. She emphasized her desire to ensure a long and sustainable career, adding, "I want to take this time to reflect on my mind and body so that I can continue singing for years to come."
During her hiatus, she plans to reduce her workload but mentioned that she would update her social media and fan club when she feels ready. She also addressed her fans, saying, "To those who have been looking forward to my live performances, I sincerely apologize, but I would appreciate it if you could wait for a little while. Health truly comes first. I always think of my beloved fans' health and happiness."
She reassured supporters that she has many songs she wishes to sing and projects she looks forward to working on in the future, concluding her message with, "Let's meet again at a live concert soon."
milet made her major debut in March 2019 with the song "inside you." She gained international recognition and performed at the closing ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Her achievements were further recognized when she won the Best Vocal Performance award at the 66th Japan Record Awards.
Her contributions to anime music have been widely acclaimed, with theme songs for Sousou no Frieren (Frieren: Beyond Journey's End), Vinland Saga, Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-hen (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc), Ousama Ranking (Ranking of Kings), and Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia (Fate/Grand Order: Absolute Demonic Front - Babylonia).

Fastest recovery to her!!

That's good overall: It's good for her health, and it also lessens her current over-exposure, which could further extend her career for later years.
She'd would very likely have an impactful return when she does. Great run so far; Hope she could have another great one when she comes back. ^_^

I was there when she came for her HK tour late last year and honestly she's such a good performer but I can see how that's been affected her wellbeing adversely and I hope she'll be able to recover during this however long break she needs.

First heard her singing in Vinland Saga ED, really liked her voice. Her Frieren ED is awe-inspiring.
I hope she makes a full recovery and gets a full recharge.
