'Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta… Movie' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, First Trailer

The official website of the Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta… Movie (My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Movie) revealed additional cast, staff, theme song, the first trailer, and a key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime movie is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on December 8.

angela (Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki)and Shouta Aoi (Kono Oto Tomare!) are performing the theme song "Hare nochi Hallelujah!" which is previewed in the trailer below.

Keisuke Inoue (Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha) is returning to direct the anime movie at SILVER LINK. Megumi Shimizu (Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!) is handling the series composition. Megumu Sasano (Seirei Gensouki) and Megumi Shimizu are in charge of the screenplay. Miwa Ooshima (Kuro no Shoukanshi) is designing the characters.

The anime movie is based on Satoru Yamaguchi's romance fantasy light novel, which began serializing on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in July 2014. Ichijinsha acquired the novel and published the first volume in August 2015, featuring illustrations by Nami Hidaka. The 13th volume was released on September 20. The story has a cumulative 6 million copies of its volumes in circulation.

Hidaka began drawing a manga adaptation in Comic ZERO-SUM magazine in August 2017. Ichijinsha shipped the ninth volume on June 30.

J-Novel Club and Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga in English, respectively, in August and September of 2018. The 11th light novel volume was released in September 2022, and the eighth manga volume went on sale on August 22.

Huh, did not think it was popular enough to get a movie. That's really cool though, I have enjoyed the anime so far, still need to wrap up season 2 though (・・;)

@RobertBobert, yes, they better make season 3 instead of this filler movie. I won't watch it after seeing the trailer. It looks absurd for me.

The author got tired of parodying otome LN tropes and just decided to turn the franchise into the ultimate collection of hasubendo archetypes? Alsoo, I haven't seen a fantasy about an oriental prince for a long time, nostalgia, lol.
