Third Season of 'Mairimashita! Iruma-kun' Announced

Following the broadcast of the 21st and final episode for the second season of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun) on Saturday, a third anime season was announced.

The first season aired in 23 episodes in Fall 2019, followed by the second season premiering on April 17—both produced by Bandai Namco Pictures. Crunchyroll streamed both seasons with English subtitles and dub.

Mairimashita! Iruma-kun adapts Osamu Nishi's demon comedy manga, which began serializing in Weekly Shounen Champion in March 2017. Akita Shoten shipped the 23rd volume on August 6.

Synopsis
Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki has been unfortunate all his life, having to work to earn money for his irresponsible parents despite being underage. One day, he finds out that his parents sold him to the demon Sullivan. However, Iruma's worries about what will become of him are soon relieved, for Sullivan merely wants a grandchild, pampering him and making him attend the demon school Babyls.

At first, Iruma tries to keep a low profile in fear of his peers discovering that he is human. Unfortunately, this ends up being more difficult than he expected. It turns out that Sullivan himself is the chairman of the school, and everyone expects him to become the next Demon King!

Iruma immediately finds himself in an outrageous situation when he has to chant a forbidden spell in front of the entire school. With this, Iruma instantly earns a reputation he does not want. Even so, he is bound to be roped into more bizarre circumstances. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Yo I'm really happy to hear this great news. This anime is really underrated and I respect the hell out of Bandai Namco Pictures for continuing this adaptation. Can't wait for s3 ( ◜‿◝ )♡

Yeah I remember that Arc but that Arc Evil Irumi Arc will come after the Music Festival Arc so I don't think it will get adapted in S3 since it is very far behind

I like this manga and anime in general, but this arc, or rather the flood around it, annoys me so much that I was afraid it would end up in the second or third season.

The show is aight, kinda boring at times but not too bad, quite overrated imo. I've yet to watch the last 8 episodes of the 2nd season. But more is always better for the fans.

I kind of expected it to happen, but i'm still so happy with this news.

Those people who only prefer evil cycle Iruma just because he is cool and badass unlike his normal self, next season will change your opinion about regular Iruma and how he is not just a cinnamon roll
