 Following the broadcast of the 21st and final episode for the second season of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun) on Saturday, a third anime season was announced. The first season aired in 23 episodes in Fall 2019, followed by the second season premiering on April 17—both produced by Bandai Namco Pictures. Crunchyroll streamed both seasons with English subtitles and dub. Mairimashita! Iruma-kun adapts Osamu Nishi's demon comedy manga, which began serializing in Weekly Shounen Champion in March 2017. Akita Shoten shipped the 23rd volume on August 6. Synopsis Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki has been unfortunate all his life, having to work to earn money for his irresponsible parents despite being underage. One day, he finds out that his parents sold him to the demon Sullivan. However, Iruma's worries about what will become of him are soon relieved, for Sullivan merely wants a grandchild, pampering him and making him attend the demon school Babyls. At first, Iruma tries to keep a low profile in fear of his peers discovering that he is human. Unfortunately, this ends up being more difficult than he expected. It turns out that Sullivan himself is the chairman of the school, and everyone expects him to become the next Demon King! Iruma immediately finds himself in an outrageous situation when he has to chant a forbidden spell in front of the entire school. With this, Iruma instantly earns a reputation he does not want. Even so, he is bound to be roped into more bizarre circumstances. It's lighthearted, kind of slow comedy. That's how I'd have described it as well. It's got some slice of life / adventure aspects as well. Considering how you seem to like binging through pretty much everything, I think you could enjoy this as well. I think the pacing's actually pretty good compared to the manga, though it does feel a little slow (haven't watched the second season yet, but that's what I thought about the first). |

| Its an NHK sponsored Show, as long as the ratings were still good, it was bound to get more seasons. Also their is plenty of material for more seasons so i can't wait to see more. The Harvest Festival Arc is really long, it might just take up the whole season and trust me that arc is the best one yet. |

If you're expecting to see a lighthearted version of your typical fantasy shonen, then yes, it's worth it. It feels a little too girly for the genre, but it's a matter of taste I guess. |

| I kind of expected it to happen, but i'm still so happy with this news. Those people who only prefer evil cycle Iruma just because he is cool and badass unlike his normal self, next season will change your opinion about regular Iruma and how he is not just a cinnamon roll |
