'Deemo: Sakura no Oto' Reveals Additional Cast, English Title
Two additional cast members were announced for Deemo: Sakura no Oto - Anata no Kanadeta Oto ga, Ima mo Hibiku (Deemo: Memorial Keys) during the anime movie's special panel at Anime Expo Lite 2021 on Sunday. A key visual (pictured) featuring the English title was also revealed.
Akari Kitou (Tonikaku Kawaii) and Ayane Sakura (Charlotte) were cast as Sania and Rosalia, respectively. The two are best friends at the same school as the protagonist, Alice.
Ayana Taketatsu (K-On!) is starring as Alice, an enigmatic girl who fell from a high window in Deemo's castle and is losing her memory. Akari Nibu (Kaeru no Pickles: Kimochi no Iro) of the idol group Hinatazaka46 is playing a mysterious masked girl who lives within the confines of Deemo's castle.
Shuuhei Matsushita (Outbreak Company assistant director) is helming the movie at Production I.G and Signal.MD alongside chief director Junichi Fujisaku (Blood+) and assistant director Yoshihiro Hiramine (Tsuki ga Kirei episode director). Naofumi Mishina (Fate/Grand Order: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot - Wandering; Agateram) is the CG director.
Bunou Fujisawa (Mars Red original creator) is collaborating on the screenplay with chief director Fujisaku. Hiromasa Ogura (Jin-Rou) is the art director, and Jin Aketagawa (Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou) is the sound director, and mebachi (Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai design works, ED animation) is designing the characters.
Hinano Takashima was announced as the winner of a global audition to select the movie's theme song performer at Anime Expo Lite 2020. Yuki Kajiura (Eve no Jikan (Movie)) is composing the piece.
Deemo: Sakura no Oto - Anata no Kanadeta Oto ga, Ima mo Hibiku was announced as Deemo the Movie at Anime NYC 2019. It is based on Rayark Inc.'s rhythm game Deemo, which was released for iOS devices in November 2013 and for Android devices that December. The game was enhanced and ported to the Playstation Vita in June 2015 and later to the Nintendo Switch as Deemo: Last Recital.
A 3D remake of the original game with VR compatibility—Deemo: Reborn—was released for Playstation 4 in November 2019 and has since been ported to PC and iOS and Android devices. A sequel, titled Deemo II, was announced in December 2019 and is in development.

One of the Deemo games is how i found one of my favorite japanese artists still to this day, Kamata Junko, she still does livestreams on youtube all the time.

played the game religiously a few years back (pretty sure I broke a phone or two) and the story was quite amazing. Gonna give it a go
