'Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Song Performers

The official website of the Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid (The Duke of Death and His Maid) television anime revealed additional cast, staff, a key visual (pictured), new promotional video, and theme song performers on Wednesday. The anime series adapting Koharu Ikami's romantic comedy manga will begin airing on July 4 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 and Yomiuri TV.

Natsuki Hanae (Masamune-kun no Revenge) and Ayumi Mano (Date A Live III) are performing the opening theme "Mangetsu to Silhouette no Yoru" as the lead characters Bocchan and Alice, respectively. Mano is also performing the ending theme "Yasoukyoku (Nocturne)."

Yoshiki Yamakawa (Little Busters!) is directing the anime at J.C.Staff, with Hideki Shirane (Hayate no Gotoku!!) handling the series composition. Mitsuru Kuwabata (High Score Girl) is designing the characters, and Shogakukan Music & Digital Entertainment is producing the CG.

Inoue began serializing the manga in Sunday Webry web manga portal in October 2017. Shogakukan published the 11th volume on February 12.

It says it will air on July 4, but on the anime site, it says that it will air on July 3. Which one is true?

I still can't figure out why a young VA with such an impressive cast of extremely hyped characters still appears more often in an additional cast. Rie Takahashi has far fewer awards and hype in the VA scene, but she has already voiced a whole bunch of main characters on a variety of shows.

the only reason i made an account on this godforbidden site was because i heard this was getting an anime . i was sad enough that they were using cg for such a simple series , but that pv is not convincing i have to say . the models atleast look like the manga , but the way they move is just jarring . like the fuck was that at 00:41 ?

atleast the sound part is good . it looks like caph's seiyuu is a new one . her voice fits perfectly for caph from the part we heard , hopefully she can pull of the stupid side of caph as well.

well there goes my hope of someone seriealizing this in english . i was hoping that the anime might get popular enough that some company might pick it up , but JC using cg has already averted away enough viewers.
