'Eiga Daisuki Pompo-san' Anime Film Reveals Main Cast, Additional Staff

The official website for the theatrical anime adaptation of Shougo Sugitani's web manga Eiga Daisuki Pompo-san (Pompo: The Cinéphile) revealed its main cast, additional staff members, second key visual (pictured), and promotional video. The movie is scheduled to be released in Japanese theaters on March 19, 2021.

Takayuki Hirao (Kara no Kyoukai 5: Mujun Rasen) is directing and penning the movie at the animation studio CLAP. Shingo Adachi (Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld) is the character designer.

Sugitani began publishing the two-volume manga on his Pixiv page in April 2017, and the series was subsequently serialized in pixiv Comic in August of the same year. Kadokawa released the second volume in September 2018.

Surprised by the lack of comments for this, I thought the PV was quite nice and it should at least be watchable material.

Not a bad lineup of Cast and Staff list too although the Studio is a little concerning, I suppose.
