He's not into women, but one comment is enough to turn him on? OK.

Actually, with what I've read, this actually doesn't seem like much of a hentai, as hard as it may be to believe with current trends. haha
It seems to be just a Josei relationship manga between two people who haven't dated for a long time, and kind of lost the will to, or don't know how to get back to motivating themselves to. Yes, there is sex involved, and its a part of the plot to a extent, but its not really presented in the way it is in Hentai (just for the sake of being porn), and it seems to just be a part of their relationship, like any relationship. For instance, most chapters don't even include or focus on sex. It actually feels like a mature romantic comedy slice of life.
I'm still not saying its the best thing I've read, but just wanted to give a heads up, as I'm sure many will just dismiss it (somewhat logically) as just another hentai.

Ok, serious question here; Why these fucking things haven't the hentai tag? A couple weeks ago I I stumbled upon a similar anime thinking it was just another short romance and what I saw was an unfortunate girl getting busted by everyone she eccountered. Add the tag goddammit!
There are two versions. One is TV broadcast (and YouTube) w. censored, another is full "rated R" version that is only available on ComicFesta official site. I'm not sure if what you saw (it is hard to recognize from your description, I apologize) is from the ComicFesta timeslot or not, but MAL database is based on the censored ver. and you probably saw the complete ver.
And MAL is retarded for doing so.

When I first saw Suiseisha, I thought it was Shueisha and I was like, "Hol' up".
