'Ochikobore Fruit Tart' Announces Supporting Cast
The official website of the Ochikobore Fruit Tart (Dropout Idol Fruit Tart) television anime revealed two supporting cast on Thursday. The anime series is scheduled to air in Summer 2020.
Yuiko Tatsumi (Little Busters!) will play Tone Honmachi (pictured below left), Ino Sakura's classmate. Rena Maeda (Keijo!!!!!!!!) will play Riri Higashi (pictured below right), the Cream Anmitsu idol unit's manager.
Keiichirou Kawaguchi (Island, Frame Arms Girl) is directing the anime series at feel. Kawaguchi is also handling the series composition with Tatsuya Takahashi (Eromanga-sensei, Toji no Miko). Sumie Kinoshita (Gi(a)rlish Number, New Game!!) is designing the characters.
Sou Hamayumiba began Ochikobore Fruit Tart as a guest series in Manga Time Kirara Carat in November 2014. The manga joined the magazine's regular lineup in its July 2015 issue. Houbunsha published the fourth volume in October 2019, with the fifth volume scheduled for a July 27 release.
