'Zashiki-Warashi no Tatami-chan' Reveals Cast Members
The Makuake crowdfunding page for Rensuke Oshikiri's short supernatural anime Zashiki-Warashi no Tatami-chan revealed six cast members on Wednesday.
Cast
Ponpokomaru: Yuji Ueda (3-gatsu no Lion)
Karaoke Store Manager: Keiji Fujiwara (Ao no Exorcist)
Inanogawa-san: BB Goro
Ghost: Megumi Satou (ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka)
Okiku: Saki Kousaka (Märchen Mädchen)
Karaoke Store Clerk: Kotomi Otsuka (Pupipo!)
Previously announced cast members include Shiori Izawa (Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Tatami-chan, Satomi Arai (High Score Girl) as Ouya, and Tomokazu Sugita (Nurarihyon no Mago) as Kusuguri Bouzu.
Oshikiri will direct the anime, as well as handle the screenplay, art, and original character designs at Zero-G. ORESAMA will be performing the theme song.
The crowdfunding campaign was launched on October 25 and aims to raise 5,000,000 yen (approximately US$45,800). The fund currently sits at 2,122,000 yen, with five days remaining. Oshikiri has expressed that the funds will be allocated to improve the product, and that regardless of its success on Makuake it will be produced.
