TV Anime 'Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari' Adds More Characters

A YouTube Live broadcast for Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari TV anime held on Saturday has announced three more characters as well as revealing a new preview featuring the opening theme song "RISE" by MADKID. The anime will air on Wednesday at 10:00 p.m. via AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, BS11, TV Aichi, and TVQ Kyuushuu Housou starting January 9, 2019 for a total of two cours. Hikari TV and other streaming websites will also make the anime available online. The first episode will be a one-hour broadcast with pre-screen (online and TV) available via Hikari TV on December 27, as well as Nico Live, AbemaTV, and AT-X until January 2, 2019.

A net radio hosted by Asami Seto (Raphtalia) and Rina Hidaka (Firo) will be available on Onsen. More information will be announced at a later time.

The anime will adapt the light novel series that is written by Yusagi Aneko and illustrated by Seira Minami. Its 20th volume will be released on December 25. The 12th compiled volume of the manga adaptation, as well as the third compiled volume of Yari no Yuusha no Yarinaoshi spin-off manga adaptation, will be released on December 21. An anthology manga titled Raphtalia to Issho (Together With Raphtalia) will also be released on December 21.

Agree with everything except last part. It is generic, it has every rpg and shounen trope you can imagine. Of course, that doesn't make it bad. Not that harem/edgy/loli are bad either, they are just aspect of a story.

Once in a full moon the stars align in all the right ways and we get 2-cours, a 1-hour long first ep, a banger OP, and Kinema Citrus. Christmas came early this year.

With this being 2-cour, I wonder how this will go. As for the PV, visuals are not the greatest but the compositions just makes this worth it imo.

Anime industry isn't a entity but various companies. Each anime has it's own production committee with different companies and the majority of them aren't from the industry.

And that won't happen because Kadokawa has 70% of the LN market and they will continue to fund anime adaptations of their light novel along with other companies of the production committee as a cross media.

Isekai fans are sure in a treat with the 2-cour and one hour length episode sounds too great but the staff isn't overly impressive so we shouldn't be too much optimistic yet!

The Light Novel has me sitting in hours reading in excitement, this is by far the one LN that just hit home for me. I can't wait to see the adaptation, and seeing the preview(s), I AM JUST SO HYPED!!
2019 starts off in the most beautiful way I could imagine!
