 A YouTube Live broadcast for Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari TV anime held on Saturday has announced three more characters as well as revealing a new preview featuring the opening theme song "RISE" by MADKID. The anime will air on Wednesday at 10:00 p.m. via AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, BS11, TV Aichi, and TVQ Kyuushuu Housou starting January 9, 2019 for a total of two cours. Hikari TV and other streaming websites will also make the anime available online. The first episode will be a one-hour broadcast with pre-screen (online and TV) available via Hikari TV on December 27, as well as Nico Live, AbemaTV, and AT-X until January 2, 2019.Cast Malty Melromarc (Mein): Sarah Emi Bridcutt (Ange Vierge) Aultcray Melromarc XXXII: Yutaka Nakano (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series) Elhart: Hiroki Yasumoto (ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka)  A net radio hosted by Asami Seto (Raphtalia) and Rina Hidaka (Firo) will be available on Onsen. More information will be announced at a later time. The anime will adapt the light novel series that is written by Yusagi Aneko and illustrated by Seira Minami. Its 20th volume will be released on December 25. The 12th compiled volume of the manga adaptation, as well as the third compiled volume of Yari no Yuusha no Yarinaoshi spin-off manga adaptation, will be released on December 21. | Great news that it’s going to be two cours! Many people who have been keeping up with the original source and/or the manga adaption have been expressing their wishes for this show to be two cours, so I’m happy for them and looking forward to this! Good to see the first episode will be an hour broadcast too! Hopefully, Kinema Citrus will pull of another astounding work! Sad news, though, is that Made in Abyss will surely(most likely, rather?) will not be airing until the end of Spring Season. I hope this show delivers so that the wait will be more worthwhile! |

| Though i haven't the source material LN i heard plenty of good things about the series to place it on my to read list. And as such im really looking forward to seeing this anime. From the cast list alone it already has quite the veteran voice cast. Its also nice to see Sarah Emi Bridcutt get a role as well. Been some time since i seen her in anything but kancolle . |

| The Light Novel has me sitting in hours reading in excitement, this is by far the one LN that just hit home for me. I can't wait to see the adaptation, and seeing the preview(s), I AM JUST SO HYPED!! 2019 starts off in the most beautiful way I could imagine! |

Each anime has it's own production committee with different companies and the majority of them aren't from the industry. And that won't happen because Kadokawa has 70% of the LN market and they will continue to fund anime adaptations of their light novel along with other companies of the production committee as a cross media. |
