Original TV Anime 'Hoshiai no Sora' Announced

TBS Anime Festa 2018 held on Saturday has announced an original TV anime series titled Hoshiai no Sora. Kazuki Akane will direct the series, which will be premiered next year via TBS.

Synopsis
The story is about boys in Junior high school soft tennis club, which is being in the verge of disbandment, grow up while being in the club.

None of those besides YOI is BL dude. Shows having a bunch male characters be the main focus doesn't make those shows gay...

The boys are cute and I find that animation level in PV breathtaking. I'm so in.

@tsubasalover original chara desinger @itukaki I know I've seen their illustrations before. Also if anyone interested PV music by jizue instrumental band from Kyoto.

Studio aside (because most people will pay attention at the studio alone) the staff is... not that great to be fairly honest. The idea sounds nice on paper but the people behind this production is kind of... underwhelming. Particularly the director which is also the series composition and the script writer.

Maybe the reason why I'm saying this is because I've only been exposed to so little with the guy... and Code Geass: Akito the Exiled wasn't that bad until the last 2 movies.

Also I wouldn't exactly blame anyone for the Battery vibes... It kinda screamed Battery vibes which I dislike Battery.

I am not a music fan, so I cannot explain it in great detail, but when the piano plays, it does not sound harmonic with the guitar. They do not mix in this case.

Of course it can. I mean, if it cannot, then everybody will love every song/score that ever exists. Just like anime, there are good anime, there are bad anime.

Sports anime doesnt hit a lot for me but it's an original so i might give it a shot.
Kinda reminds me of Battery and gives me Vietnam flashback because of that tho
