English Dub Cast Announced for 'Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka Gaiden: Sword Oratoria'
Sentai Filmworks has announced the English dub cast for Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka Gaiden: Sword Oratoria and revealed a preview. Kyle Jones and Ricardo Contreras are directing the dub, which is scheduled to ship on May 29 as a standard DVD & Blu-ray and premium box set. Cast members from the parent story will also reprise their roles.

Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka Gaiden: Sword Oratoria adapts the fantasy light novel series by Fujino Omori and Kiyotaka Haimura that began publishing under SB Creative's GA Bunko imprint in January 2014, and is a side story that takes place in the DanMachi universe. The anime adaptation by J.C.Staff aired in Spring 2016, and was simulcast by HIDIVE and Amazon's now-defunct Anime Strike service. Yen Press licensed the light novel in North America and shipped the fifth volume on February 27.

Sword Oratoria was licensed by and is being dubbed by Sentai Filmworks, who stopped working with Crunchyroll (except where mandated by prior contracts) when CR teamed up with Funimation in 2016. That was why Sword Oratoria wasn't on Crunchyroll, and won't be for the foreseeable future. The mobile game was translated, censored, and released by Crunchyroll. Sentai Filmworks and CR being currently in direct competition, they're unlikely to do a cross-promotion like that.
