A tweet from the official Twitter account of Earth Star Novels has announced that the upcoming seventh volume of the light novel series Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne! will reveal that it will be receiving an anime adaptation. More information will be announced at a later date.

Synopsis
When the eldest daughter of the Ascham household, Adele, turned ten, she remembered everything from her past life when she was hit with a strong headache. She was Kurihara Misato in her previous life, who died when she was 18 trying to help a little girl, consequently followed by an encounter with God. During their meeting, she pleaded to lead an average life with average skills. After all, her somewhat capable self has been burdened with all the expectations brought up to her. However, things don't just go quite as planned as she has to be careful not upping to the S-ranks accidentally if she wishes to maintain her desired average life.

Penned by FUNA with illustrations by Itsuki Akata, the novel is published by Taibundou under Earth Star Novels imprint since May 2016. It currently has six volumes with the seventh to ship on March 15. The series has spawned a manga adaptation of the same name drawn by Nekomint. The manga has been publishing since August 2016 on Earth Star Entertainment's Comic Earth☆Star website.

Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the light novel series digitally in English under the title Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?! since February 1, 2018. A print edition of the novel is slated to come out this year, along with the manga.

I leave evidence that the day in which it is released many people will like no matter if it is an isekai and the protagonist is an OP character, none of that really matters when you have moe, sugar, heart and yuri

that's because it's costing him to look for sponsors surely because it's not a job as safe as an isekai with a MC guy

... What? An author don't look at sponsors for anime or do anything like that. lol Anime are made due to different companies at the production committee funding and planning it, which for LN or manga, most of the times the publisher will be there funding the project in some level.

I have not mentioned the author(?

Nothing, so far.

Must be on development hell.

I've read the first three volumes ,and I didn't find a lot of yuri content, so I'm guessing that comes somewhere starting from volume four?

"Her", you mean. FUNA, the author, is a woman.

How do you know Funa is a woman? I've been looking for this for ages and nothing came up nowhere.

Which LN you're taking about ?

I was talking about the amazing Honzuki no Gekokujou ( https://myanimelist.net/manga/86119 ) that had two announcement to make, but unfortunately neither of them were an anime ( first one was a second manga adaptation, and the other was a second drama cd)

I thought you were talking about this one slime300nen

Ironically, we really got another Isekai LN adaptation announced exactly one week after I posted that, but it's a title I've never read and don't care about (this one : https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1712293 )

looks worth the try.
We may get another announcement for a very good isekai LN with female protag as soon as next week btw, so anyone liking that, stay tuned. Anyone against all Isekai, please suffer more through all those announcements, I guess ;3.

So I guess anti isekai peoples really suffered more the following week as predicted, but I didn't got any occasion to rejoice on my side.

I am both happy and worried, only because most of the time when a manga I enjoy gets an anime it ends up ending abruptly shortly after the anime ends. (like with Girls Last Tour.... worst ending.)
Aside from that I do look forward to this getting an anime ^_^

First isekai fantasy anime with female as the main cast ? Maybe, there a lot isekai series with female lead to get anime adaptation. Great move.

Old Isekai anime was mostly female protag: Escaflowne, Rayearth, Fushigi Yuugi, Juuni Kokuki...

Still, is rare nowadays. Gonna watch, because, why not.

By the way I think el-Hazard was likely the first harem Isekai...right?

Should I add "MMORPG" trope ? :D
