Recap Movie for 'Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru' Announced

The official website for Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru series has announced that there will be a recap movie for the first season before the broadcast of the second season in Winter 2018. Titled Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru - Makuai Kaisouroku, the movie will premiere in Japanese theaters on December 1 and will be available for two weeks.

The official website also announced that the title for upcoming second season will be Zoku Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru. The director will be changed to Tomoaki Koshida (Tsugumomo) from Takashi Naoya, and the series composer and script writer will be changed to WriteWorks from Pierre Sugiura. The character designer and studio remains the same.

Produced by Doga Kobo, Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru adapts the online collectible card game Touken Ranbu by DMM.com that aired in Fall 2016. ufotable's adaptation of the game Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu aired this Summer and its movie adaptation recently announced that it was in production.

?? Are you talking about TouRabu collaborations in Granblue's game? If so, then you should blame the heads of the game, not the fujoshi. The heads want to make money and TouRabu and fujoshi in general spend money and at the end of the day, the aim is to make money and fujoshi are helping.

This crap just infested Granblue game, now I'm cringing whenever is see this title... Seriously, fujoshi needs to be purged together with lolicons and all other filth. Hopefully wasting money on recaps will prevent them from spreading.

People pay to see recaps in theaters??... Really? I get it if it has some sequel clips at the end or some new scenes in it, but without those, it would just seem pointless to pay money to see a recap.

I'm only interested if there's some preview of season 2, or extra content. Recap movies are blatant cash grabs and I wish Japan would stop making them.
