TV Anime 'Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru' Reveals Cast and Staff

The official website of Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko imprint has revealed lead cast and partial staff members for the previously announced anime adaptation of Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru: Dances with the Dragons light novel. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2017 on TBS and BS-TBS.

Gaius Levina Sorel: Nobunaga Shimazaki (Ano Natsu de Matteru)
Gigina Ashley-Bufh: Yoshimasa Hosoya (Katanagatari)

Staff
Director: Hirokazu Hanai (Mirai Nikki (TV) episode director)
Chief Director: Hiroshi Nishikiori (Toaru Majutsu no Index)
Series Composition: Takayo Ikami (Mawaru Penguindrum)
Character Design: Masaru Kitao (Death Note)

A stage event for the anime will be held at Gagaga Bunko's tenth anniversary commemorative event on September 23. The lead cast members Nobunaga Shimazaki and Yoshimasa Hosoya will attend the event for a talk show.

Can you really say that Yoshimasa Hosoya is back if this anime is due in Spring 2018?

If I'm thinking about this correctly it'll be quite awhile from now before he starts actually voice acting, maybe in the winter?

Glad that Hosoyan is back! He went on hiatus after than Taneda Risa but came back earlier than her xD

Main Allen Walker lookalike character seems interesting, let's see how it will be!

Surprised to see Yoshimasa in the cast, there was an update from Sugita saying he was gradually getting better on his hiatus thread but didn't think he'd already be confirmed for an upcoming new anime. Well that's some good news though.
