Those are the slowest One Piece sales since Volume 56.

Dressrosa wasn't even bad though, maybe a bit drawn out but I thought it was good still.

But when those Yonko/Emperor battles start happening I expect the sale rate to increase.

if were talking story wise i liked it .. but drawn out massively

HxH 1.2 million is 1.5 months is that better than the final volume of Naruto and FMA?......

Yes it's doing better than both. Naruto vol.72 was at 1.204m after 3 months so HxH vol.33 has pretty much matched that in half the time. FMA vol.27 stood at 1.154m after three weeks and didnot chart on a fourth week which had a sub 20k threshold so it was probably around 1.18m to 1.19m after six weeks (and obviously with a much weaker 6th week than HxH vol.33).

Both of those volumes ended up selling just under 1.3m copies in six months so HxH should at least get close to that, if not exceed it in its six months this Oricon year (Jun to Nov). Naruto vol.72 got a little boost from the movie and ended up selling 1.324m copies in 9 months (Feb to Nov), a similar range to what the last FMA volume sold in that time span. I think HxH vol.33 will either match or come close to that 9 month total in just 6 months.

lol Fairy tail will never fall to Torikos level. FT always sold higher than Toriko and its more successful

Berserk has been erratic and weak at best for years. Only thing that is outstanding about it anymore, is the art.

Why do people think this? Seen a few mention it. At best OP might get a miniscule boost from Film Gold but at this point in it's lifespan a new movie is not going to lead to a noticeable increase in readership. Film Z didn't do it so neither will this. See also any other long running series at this length.

It's because strong world gave it an insane boost, and that was when the manga was already 13 years old and incredibly popular. I think it will give it some form of boost, probably not that significant compared to how much it usually sells though.

Tfw the Saiki anime hasn't had any effect on the manga sales... I was just in Japan and saw a lot of people walking around reading the volume so I Thought it might have gotten a boost, but I guess not.

Happy to see Chihayafuru up there. Fairy Tail has like 2 days of sell, and its fine, next week it will reach 200k+, tho the sells went down, can't say I'm that surprised. Also a lot of other series seem to do poorly in sells...

Dayum thats some low sells did the volume come out like 1-2day befor the chart or wut, expecting more sells next week cuz else just wtf, but else dunno why ppl dont like FT that much. Beside OnePiece for me FT was the 2nd best long ongoing anime....Also waiting for that big announcement for FT that is comin in around 1week *-*

Also nice to see this selling quite good
